It's a driving license that we have here in Spain. You have A1, A2 and A, which is the license that unlocks all bikes. You have to stay with the A2 two years to go for the A. In the A2, you can drive bikes with less than 47hp and 96hp when unrestricted. You don't need A1 if you have 3 years of experience with the B, which is the car license. In A1 you can drive bikes with less than 15hp or 12KW. Hope it helped!
