Phones with Android 11 and below do receive the push notifications.

However, I know that my issue has something to do with BroadcastReceivers and/or Service. But how to do it, I have no idea. Please start asap. Need it very urgent. It's a request. And please explain with voice in video and please do not use any bg music for best viewing and understandability. Thanks ❤️
