I want to see how well 8' rods go in and out of that boat. It's crickets on BBC boards. I can't be the only one that has a couple in the box at all times. I know some of the new boats can't store them because of the way they make boats today. I can fit 9' rods in my 18'7" Champion. I would love a new boat, but it looks like I will have to go much bigger than I want to get the same rod storage and front deck. Bass Cat counts their sponsons in the length so you can lop 6" off whatever they claim their boats to be. This Caracal STS would compare to a 19'8" Champion or Ranger. Both of those boats have shorter front decks that my current boat making them a no go, same with a 19'8" Phoenix. Phoenix adds nose to their boats and includes the sponsons in their size to get higher HP ratings.
Motor totter is a horrible idea, you’re not saving your hydraulics. Driving the boat wide open is way more brutal on the hydraulics than driving down the road. The boat has 3 points of securement to the trailer and is sitting on wood or composite bunks, all the road vibrations get absorbed by the tires and trailer suspension and the truck pulling it. The rest of the vibrations go to the boat regardless. Yes a 2024 bass boat transom is way stronger than any old stuff. But the reality is these guys trade their boats in yearly or every couple. These products were designed for boat storage, install the hydraulic saver and unscrew your hydraulic release, not for trailering even tho some companies say they are. 😂 ok sorry rant over
I would like to see a video on how you use the humminbird with the garmins, waypoints, SI and mapping.
Coming
Fish obsessed mount . Better than a factory set up
Yes
That boat should be the go to for anybody fishing big water the depth is deeeeep
You're not running the 360 this year?
Awesome! Great tips for the add-ons!! Thank you John!
Why won't you use a change for lures like a magnet
They fall off in rough water
That RM anchor light is complete garbage. I got maybe 6mos out of 2 of them before I gave up.
That’s not the experience I’ve had
The Power Pole Move doesn't come with a bounce buster for 5k?
No and I’m going to try to convince them to do so
Might have to keep all this in mind next time I debate between TH marine jackplate & their other products!
You need “the leash”
I’ve looked at it but feel like regular maintenance will prevent that issue
Your boat is loaded John. Hope you wreckem this season. LiveScope is going to rule so you’ll be set with NBT
DUDE, that giant BASS sign in the background is way too dope!
Where did you get the red prop safeycover for travel?
Prop Alert website
@@JohnCrews perfect device, much better than props on that I have been using.I sell Basscats-will be able to share this with my customers.
Boat setup looks good for the 2024 season. Where did you get your prop cover from?

That's why I purchased a Lund 2075 Pro V Bass. It has the most storage of any bass boat and can handle 10 footers.
where did the lure hangers come from?
This boat looks amazing!
Good tip on the motor toter. Never really thought about how the trailer vibrations would just pass right to the outboard
