Such a significant and well said speech. I’m 100% introvert and I agree with everything Dr LITTLE said. People also prove to me that my introverted personality is not interesting or relevant to them and often move away from me before really getting to know me. As Susan Cain said - out society is made to prefer extrovert personalities.

This is one of my favorite talks of the last years. Today I watched and enjoyed it for the third time, now with my wife who can relate to Dr. Little way more than I can.
We are currently releasing older YOW! videos to serve as a valuable archive, preserving historical content. It is possible that a video is perceived as outdated. We believe it offers insightful glimpses into the past, enriching our understanding of history and development.
This was a fantastic presentation. I can relate as an Introvert...almost an Ambivert to so many examples he gave. Love the term "assholic qualities" I would love to have seen Dr. Little speak in person at this event.
Amazing talk. As usual, great teachers make things simple and do it with great humour. Quote of the talk - Humour is transcendentally vital to a life well lived.
I’m a UX professional. When we usability test software, we observe people as they use it by first asking them to complete tasks. Highly agreeable users can be hilarious. They’ll really struggle with a task- they get lost, make errors, take a long time to make progress or are completely unable to complete it. They may even curse in frustration. At the end, we ask them to rate their experience using the software on a Likert scale of 1-7, with 1 being awful and 7 being marvellous and they unironically rate this thing that has tormented them for an hour a 6 or 7.
I'm very extroverted. From South Africa👊🏾👊🏾... When I first watched his video I thought we were alike. The more I watched these videos, I realised, he is introverted after all.

18:34 :) so what, youTube exits
Guess where the JavaScript vs Rust fans fall on the extraversion spectrum 😂
He lost me when he said extroverts drive better if they're sending text messages while doing so
Don't take the statement literally.. It means they might feel invigorated by some text when the car had stopped by
