The front loader had a full bucket to increase his traction. The pyramidal tracks on the dozer are interesting. If the truck drivers are paid by the load I wonder how many loads he missed while stuck.
I did this work long before they took movies and truck drivers did the same thing back then rolling trucks over and getting stuck every day I started in the 1950s till 1990
We still do the same today. It is quite common that trucks can’t get back by themselves on steep mud ways so we dozers usually help them to « get in top » pushing them.
Quickest way is to line up two loaded trucks in front of the stuck one and cable them all together. Slowly pulling with two trucks, the stuck truck will come out. Ten minutes max. That lets the dozer keep up with all the other trucks. Also best to dump the stuck truck load before pulling, if safe to do so. Probably not safe with this one leaning so far right.

The "pyramidal" tracks are called flotation grousers. They help the dozer not sink so deep in soft material.
