can’t find enable cross play it’s not there

i have the same glitch where my all lobby is on and my mic and open mic and all inputs are correct and when i mic test i can hear myself but when im in the lobby i can hear friends but i cant hear no one at all in game
Thats what happening to me, did u ever get it fixed? I’m on Xbox so idk I can’t find nothing on it

I’m having same issue on Xbox doing my nut in anyone got the solution
it works some games and then it doesnt , 70 percent of the time it doesnt work
I did everything it’s just not working
Probably banned in gamechat, I can only hear people in my party , not other people I queue in with
