Termaric powder - 1/2tbs
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds 1tsp
fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1tbsn
Garam Masala - 1tbsn
Coconut - 1 cup
Coriander powder - 1tbsn
Kasuri methi - 1/2 tsp
Cashews - 8 to 9
Ginger - 4 to 5 pieces
Garlic - 15 to 20 cloves
Green Chilli - 5
Clove - 3
Cinnamon stick - 1/2 small
salt to taste

I have tried small variations. Fresh coconut badalu dry copra use madiddini. Swalpa karibevu kooda haakiddini. These are occasional variations. All will come out well.
Dry copra haakidre bega kedalla anno advantage kooda irutte . Also little lighter on the stomach.
But nimma recipe nodi santosha aaythappa. Bahalashtu videodalli modalu hasi masala rubbi nanthara hurithare. In my opinion frying first is better. Palak soppu haaki madi nodthini. Thank you Raghu avare.
