- Welcome to my review of SWAT Megazord from Power Rangers SPD. This is the main Megazord that goes along with the SWAT mode power up. It is comprised of the five SWAT flyers and not only transforms into a megazord but a special blaster mode. Is this the best megazord of the SPD bunch? Find out in the review.

Personally, the SWAT Megazord was in my top 3 best megazords, it just looked very sleek and agile, plus it is very cool looking

Swat megazord is the only megazord which survived till end and destroyed Omni
Man, SPD had some of the most fun episodes and gimmick toys of all the sentai series. I was tuned in until operation overdrive, then BoA started designing their own stuff and boy did they lose the plot.
Anyone else notice that the head sculpt looks a little bit like g1 megaton
This is basically the Targetmaster Megazord, since the blaster mode is designed to be used by the Delta Command Megazord...
I feel bad for pink and yellow cause green is legs, blue is arms and red is the body, but they are feet, just feet!
Same for the DeltaMax Megazord.
I really wish they kept the episode where the delta base (deka base) actually used the gun form

Honestly? Because they didn't mess around much with the molds that Bandai Japan made when they brought the toys over. I think Disney got really lucky in having a number of seasons one after another that made for really good toys.
Bandai america had to change alot of the older megazord to get them through standards. The japanese dragon dagger had a metal tip. They did use the japanese molds for alot of the mmpr toy line though
The blue flyer always made me think of the blue zord from the omega megazord

AtariFireGaming and it definitely leans things towards "yes" to sky's father being wes, since wes met the light speed rangers so more likely then not he saw the lightspeed aqua base 2 and knowing Ryan he probably had his head scientist recreate the zords, that or I'm just reading too much into zord design lol
This has to be the most off-balanced combination ever.

Mystic force became a dragon so that was cool but spd is one of my favorite of the power Rangers shows

is the landing gear on the flyers retractable into their frames, or is it permanently fixed on them all?
I had this thing for a long time before I actually opened it and now it's one of my favorites. I love that in this lame PC world we live in that it becomes a blaster as well as a robot!

Only thing I didn't like was that it's quite fragile. I still have mine, but it's pretty much a junker only good for cannon form. Fun tidbit: the arms are cross compatible not only with the other SPD stuff, but with Wildforce as well. Possibly Ninja Storm too, assuming those connectors & ports are the same size.
