- Hey guys! In this video I go through my process of building a video courses platform that I'm putting together to be able to create educational content beyond what I can typically do here on UA-cam. Hopefully through these videos you can get a much closer look on how to build something like this from the ground up and learn some cool stuff! For this particular video, I decided to head outside and code in nature (Puerto Rico). Devaslife is a big inspiration for me as a fellow Neovim user and developer. If you haven't seen his channel I would definitely check him out: / @devaslife

Hey guys! Hope you enjoy the video! This was a tricky one to put together. I'm excited to share more of where I live (Puerto Rico) with this new format! Let me know what you think! To give credit where credit is due, devaslife has been a big inspiration for me as a fellow Neovim user, web dev and video maker and this format is partly inspired from the amazing videos he makes on his channel. You should definitely check him out if you haven't yet: youtube.com/@devaslife

Such an amazing video! The sound of the keyboard and nature is chef's kiss
Happy to hear that!
I really appreciate that you didn't edit out mistakes and that you explained each passage! I also feel like keeping it focused on one feature was a good choice, it was a pleasure to watch!
Great video! Very relaxing and informative. And it's very nice that you mentioned Devaslife in your description. Giving props to who inspires you is a very mature thing to do!
Love this format josean! I've learned so much from your explainers

Hey! Love this format, keep it up!❤
Awesome, happy to hear you like the new format!
what keyboard is that?
Hey Josean, I love your videos! I was wondering if you could share what you use to record your terminal when making these videos? I've wanted to make some Ruby on Rails videos for some friends that want to learn for a while now. Cheers, Michael.
That's quality content. ♥
I was gonna say this feels a little like a Devaslife video then realized you literally put him in the description. I'm a bit jelous since I can also go outside and code but it's much harder to find a nice calm place in my country. Also I mostly watch you for the macos tools and setups you show but this video was pretty cool too.
Yeah! Devaslife is great! I’ve been wanting to do more code/web dev centric videos so I’m happy to hear you enjoyed this one. Thanks for the feedback, appreciate it!
what theme are you using?
Video inspirado en el gran devaslife?
Yes partly inspired by his videos! He’s awesome. I mention it in the pinned comment/description.
11:07 hey @joseanmartinez just let you know that in svelte you can just expand regular strings with variables like:
Same applies to styles.
How did I just learn about this!? Thank you!
Unique style

Yep I’m using a wireless one for this video and I turn off the macbook’s built in keyboard with karabiner elements to be able to put the corne on top.
