The Roots of Anger: Family Dynamics, Mars Retrograde, and Your Enneagram

In this episode I continue to discuss the Enneagram types and anger during Mars retrograde in Cancer, but this time we also look at the deeper roots of anger: family dynamics and ancestral trauma.
Just like peeling the layers of the onion, we can use this Mars retrograde alongside the Enneagram to go deeper and get to the source of pain that lives beneath anger.
We have the choice to play the higher octave in a difficult transit, just like we have the choice to act from shadow or higher self in our enneagram. The more we know about ourselves through both our chart and our enneagram, the greater opportunity we have to create meaningful change and break generational cycles. Generational freedom begins with you.
