When I do a Walmart Spark shopping order I always pick the items how I would like them. No dented cans or crushed boxes and nice looking produce. Same for when delivering. I love your videos & can’t wait to see you back out on the road whenever you can get out there.
6:00 whenever anyone talks about fluoride it takes me back to grade school when we all had to sit in the cafeteria multiple times, and take this fluoride in these little Dixie cups and swish it in our mouths for a certain length of time and then spit it back out in the cup. We did this for a long time. Makes me wonder if we were some type of experiment.

I have chronic kidney disease and I am always looking for non toxic water and ways to help my body detox! I did not know about silica. I will be trying Fiji water for sure. Real food costs money. If I compare your haul to others with children, your choices are just smart. No junk, no sugar, nothing processed. I may have opted for blocks of cheese rather than the shredded which has additives and doesn't melt well, but that's all. I just watched someone spent over $100 more for virtually no food, just crunch and munch. I also get WM deliveries and my shoppers always do a good job when I have to buy fruit and veggies. Since I don't drive, it's an essential service!

I’ve used non fluoride toothpaste because of the toxin and they put fluoride in our water here too! So I drink filtered water. If you want a fun adventure research vitamin D deficiency, that’ll take you a few days. I keep praying for happier days for you. ❤

I love Paul Newman's marinara sauce too! I love buying his products because all the profits go to charities. He started his food company by making his own salad dressing and giving it to friends. He said everybody gave a bottle of wine to friends for Christmas, but nobody gave salad dressing. He would fill up empty wine bottles with his own salad dressing that he made and give it for gifts. Friends started asking for him to make them more, so he and a friend started Newman's Own company to see if they could sell his salad dressing. They never thought it would do as well as it has. He's been gone for many years, but his legacy will live forever through his company. I tried the expensive Rao, but I really can't tell a difference. I would rather buy the less expensive and support a charity. We eat a lot of rice too! I love grocery hauls! I will click on a grocery haul on anybody's video. I love seeing what other people buy. I know it's weird, but I guess not too weird because there are plenty of UA-camrs that post grocery hauls. I must not be the only one watching them!

Never hear that one before but will check it out. I suspect I have that gene also. Another time you talked about the harm root canals which prompted me to have mine remove after 20 years instead of having it redone. So a huge thank you for that! You are right about the poisonous food. They put corn syrup in every thing, I have found with me that's a no no no,it makes me so sick,I can't spend the rest of my life in the bathroom on the potty.

The place to work in Medford was at Tombstone Pizza since Simeks treated their employees excellently and paid them above average wages. Simeks was very giving to the Medford community. They contributed money to build a beautiful library, brand new fire department, and hockey rink/building for the community, and are known to have helped out people financially to pursue their education. I would buy a whole house water purifier and attach it to the point where the municipal water line enters the house. I would rather go to the source of the running water to fix it there instead of being stuck with throwing away empty plastic bottles.
@ the only way I found out was after being poisoned by an antibiotic called Cipro. I found a doctor close by who had also been injured by this drug. She ran a bunch of different tests, and she included the test for genetic mutations because that would determine why I had such a bad reaction. The last round of tests I had a year ago still showed it.

A tip for lettuce-Wrap it in paper towel and put in a ziplock back. It will stay fresh for so long!!!
Try Aldi's marinara if you ever get the chance. It is affordable and better than Raos which we used to get.
