We decided to cut this segment as it is a very "localized" bit about a neighborhood in Victoria and wouldn't connect with viewers who didn't already know about Oak Bay's bougie reputation. We also wanted to clip and re-use pieces from it in different parts of the edits; it also helped reduce overall runtime.
