I have been toying with bullet journals and art journals. I know that I won't be consistent with using a bullet journal so I've decided to combine the 2. This video was exactly what I was looking for. I love it.
A substitute teacher flat out told me I had doctor's handwriting, lol. I'm trying out bullet journaling to try and improve my handwriting. Fingers crossed.
I love your art. So beautiful. I only started drawing four months ago, after years of dreaming to be good at drawing. Got a long way to go, but hope I'll be as good as you in the end.
I have been wanting to try bullet journaling for ages! Being an artist , I didn’t want to do the stencil and stickers too much. Your journaling ideas is a perfect starting point for my bullet journal. 😍🤗🥰
"there is a distance between possibility and reality. Do you have the courage and commitment to walk this distance?" - it is my favourite quoat and it's from Sadhguru :) your art and personality is so nice to watch, thank you for all your effort to make this videos
I really like this design and layout for this! It makes me want to revisit bullet journaling again and see if maybe I could keep up with it again in the near future. Thank you for this video!
ahhhh i absolutely love this!! your artistry is amazing! and i love the quote about just showing up to the page and getting to work :) i've been reading "the artist's way" and that's definitely one of the main philosophies on becoming a successful artist! i just uploaded a flip through of my first six months of journaling and it's been so much fun :)
An art/creativity related quote I like: "Don't try to create and analyze at the same time. They're different processes."--Sister Corita Kent I have a note in my phone from when I was watching The Art Assignment's video entitled "Art + Life Rules from a Nun" (which is a GREAT VIDEO, btw; it's probably right up your alley!) that adds, "To analyze is to take apart; to create is to put together." I am not sure if Corita Kent said that, or if it was a thought added into the video. Either way, I like those two quotes together.
Wow Happy I'm loving your bujo 💜 I agree bullet journaling is definitely a great way to immerse oneself into an easy way for developing creativity. In fact it's exactly why (apart from the organisation aspect), I do keep my bujo up to date and I've found my illustrative lineart skills have greatly improved ☺
Worth the wait Happy! Lovely quote from Chuck Close too, hearing that and watching this bullet journal has inspired me to create and motivate myself to make more artwork more frequently 💕💕
Wow Happy! This journal you have designed is super cute! I've tried to design my own and it just becomes overwhelming for me. I don't know if it would be possible, but if you made these for sale, I would totally buy one! I can never find a planner that I like the design of. I will attempt to design my own again tho. A favorite quote of mine is from Bob Ross, “We don’t make mistakes, just happy little accidents” :)
The drawings in your journal are really nice! I like the idea of drawing out a status bar for filming tasks and the little canvases to represent projects you are working on. I might do something similar with novels and just have a logo that represents what I'm working on.
Do you still do journaling? I would love to see your evolution of journaling 3 years later. Thank you for uploading this inspiration journaling idea to keep track.
I need to do something like this.. I’m finding it hard to stay motivated atm with being pregnant and I need to be held accountable with being able to see weekly what I have achieved and what else needs to be done. Even with uploading YT videos I seem to leave it till the last minute 🤦♀️ I need to get a better work balance going on 💪 Love your vids!
Beautiful and inspiring video as always Happy! Seeing how you plan, I think you'd love Passion Planners, I have one and it changed my life! Just somnething to check if you'd like to :) As for quotes, my favorite one is: Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes, courage is that quiet voice at the end of the day saying "I will try again tomorrow"
You need to be careful if that is a Frixion (or Frixion-style pen) because heat will remove the ink as well. They are commonly used by textile artists because they can use blow dryers or clothing dryer to remove ink. There you go! Keep them away from heat basically, which should be easy enough. Just thought I’d share this information for you or people reading this comment.
finally a bullet journal-er who uses erasable pens!! I always felt i was the only one to use them in my journals, now i feel less alone XD Beautiful designs though, love love LOVE the frog
@@casserole4697 yesss they do :( - the friction makes them fade as well as heat. I used them back when i was studying and my notes for class faded after i left them in the sun x.x
Maybe just get a sketchbook? Because it sounds like it takes half the week just to draw your bullet journal layout for the week...??? I enjoy just having a sketchbook and making notes as a secondary as opposed to vice versa. Happy trails!!
You should put more ads in your videos that are over 10 minutes 🙂 it would help you to make more money from Adsense! I’d be fine with more ads on your videos because I want you to be as successful as possible and I’m sure many of your viewers feel the same. Get that coin girl 😂
treat all your ideas like royality because you'll never know which one will grow up to be king

I would love to do this, sadly, I write like a doctor.
Rose Tone if you write uneat your are damn smart
A substitute teacher flat out told me I had doctor's handwriting, lol. I'm trying out bullet journaling to try and improve my handwriting. Fingers crossed.
As long as you understand your own handwriting I see no need to have pretty writing to bullet journal.
Learning to write in different "fonts" is definitely a skill of it's own that takes SO MUCH practice
The pen that erases! What a great idea
You are kidding me? You are not sastisfy with your calender ideas😱 these are amazing.
'Poppies in July' is a poem so I've always associated the two!
Whatever is the motivation
Will lead you to your destination
Whether be it false or true
Your destinations up to you

Yes! I've been looking forward to the day you do another bujo video because your previous ones were very useful as an artist!
Love this 🎨😍
Your spreads are beautiful! And I would love to see more Bullet Journal videos, I always love watching them.

Aw your grey cat 💓
Uuuuh, a bullet journal. I‘m used to bullet paper and have my learning process in a journal. Why not put both in the journal!!
🌈✨👻

I need to do this so I can organize my ideas better :)
