Ok. I just need to say this. You look SOOOOOO GOOD with short hair I LOVE IT!!! & These are some really great ideas! I just got my mom a weighted blanket (I know it's different than yours but still) it's a great gift idea and she LOVES it :)
Another gift idea one of my friends has Endometriosis and she bought a small tens unit specifically for endodimetriosis and or bad periods she said it helps so much.
I want a minky blanket!! Wish my Fitbit was a bit more accurate checking heart rate though. I think I need to adjust my bed... the backaches and then my legs go numb at night a lot...I definitely struggle to get a good night's sleep😥
My gift ideas are... -I’m requesting a jade roller from my partner, apparently you can put them in the refrigerator and make it cold then roll on your face... that sound super relaxing so I wanted to try that out plus good for face circulation. -the eye/forehead hot cold pack are great if they have an adjustable velcro Strap I put them on my neck or arm or leg good to have two because if you need hot and the only one you have is frozen for emergencies! (I think I have 4 and I could always use an extra to be safe 🥰) -heat pack for your neck or any body parts really mine goes in the microwave so it’s quick and easy to get hot, it’s long so I can put it over my shoulders and sit up or walk around if I need - little box or tiny bag to keep your pills in on the go. I’m always forgetting mine and it’s good to have one if everything I might need if a migraine or my other symptoms flare up and I’m not home.. catching it in time can be life saving on keeping it from getting worse. - ahh the massage one a great idea 🥰 I love your suggestion and I’ll definitely be asking for some of them😍 (Your hair does look adorable!!) Something else I thought of is something that important to me is getting my partner/Carer something special because he does so much for me I couldn’t do it without him! I know this was about gifts for the ones with illness but it just made me thing of my other half and tho I don’t have the energy or brain to know what he might like I should still try my best to get him something lovely even if it’s homemade or online rather then going to the shops my best idea that we both love is a couples massage! You can go together and get different massage to suit your needs and both leave relaxed and feeling better 🥰🥰

I would say a more expensive gift would be a vitamix so they can make healthy juices and smoothies!
