South Korea - Start of My Solo Round the World Trip on a Motorcycle. EP 1

- In April 2017 I left Australia for my trip around the world. I named it “Are We There Yet”, cause I don't know my final destination or the duration of this journey.
Firstly, I shipped my bike via plane from Sydney to Seoul where I was greeted by some local riders. This video is the story of my brief stay there and the particularly gastronomical journey my friends took me on whilst travelling through their beautiful country.

Throughout my journey I'm raising money for a young disabled child in Poland named Franek. Franek was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (weakness of the entire right side of the body) and he will require constant rehabilitation for the rest of his life. All the money raised will go directly to helping Franek and his family lead as normal a life as possible so please donate generously: gogetfunding.co...

Korea has changed tremendously since I was stationed there in 1976 - 1977. I loved my time there. I miss the country, the people, and the food. Hope you had a good time there.
While I have been following for a couple of years this is the 1st time I have seen the beginning of your epic journey and your flare for capturing scenes, scenery and friendships is already evident.
Koreans are so kind and gentle.
Hey Kinga, so glad to have found your channel. Have just sat and binge watched many episodes. Big respect and much love from the UK ✌
I love this country.
First time subscriber and first comment on this channel. Best of Luck on your journey!! You will be tested, your bike will be tested and you WILL prevail. Don't let anything stop you short of your goal. Life is short not to realize your dreams. I'll be tracking your progress. You GO GIRL!
Super się ogląda! Zachęciło mnie, żeby oglądać całą serię 😊
Thank you very much for visiting Korea💕
Good to see you back on another adventure. Can't wait to see the rest of it. Cheers from Mt Gambier, South Australia.
Kinga zaczynam od pierwszego odcinka i już wiem że to będzie epicka podróż, inspirujesz ludzi do własnych motocyklowych wycieczek, trzymaj się tam i uważaj na siebie :D
absolutely brilliant !~ what a wonderful ambassador for the amazingness of motorcycling you are! Thank you!!
I just found your blog this afternoon, hello from Atlanta, GA USA. I am going to binge watch your videos and catch up. You are amazing and immensely likable, great work!
I used to live in Helen, Ga and Atlanta. Now I ride Southeast Asia. There is a lot of good living and adventure outside America.
I lived in Atlanta and Helen for over 20 years. I was involved with concert production and worked with most of the Atlanta bands (Atlanta Rhythm Section, Mothers Finest, Wet Willie, Dregs, Gladys Knight, Producers, Starbuck and a few more) I hope you enjoy it!
Love ya, what a great journey. Passed your videos to my daughter to demonstrate life is what you make it.
The freedom and experiences you can enjoy being a single rider. Doesn’t mean your alone just free.
I was fortunate to live in South Korea on and off for 20 years and drove all over the country ... but not on a bike. Envious! Hope you enjoyed South Korea's beauty, culture, and wonderful people. :) Good luck on the trips! Can hardly wait for the next video. Subscribed!!
I had been waiting for this return for a long time. Thank you for sharing

In Korea, the temperature is expected to be about 20 degrees in the daytime and about 5 degrees in the morningtime, and the rain will hardly meet. The rainy season in Korea begins in June.
The recommended schedule is early May. It 's when the surroundings are all over the new green. Or early October. It is time for the red leaves to fill the world.
Im 68 walked, pedaled, ridden driven over 3,500,000 miles in usa canada mexico. Must have great guardian angel.

Wow, you have been my country! Awesome! I am a big fan of you! Hope you had great time here.
That was awesome, thank you for sharing!
Nice ride thru Korea. I priced a bmw off road motorcycle and these were over 10 grand. Hope one's bike did not coast this much. I have two of the ebikes with fat tires on them. I build the one bought the other one. I like the part where one flys to Korea, then puts the bike together and then goes. I watch the guy who road his off road bike as far north as he could. Another gal goes camping on her Harley Davidson. Have fun no matter what...I like the knee pads and shin guards too. When I peddled single track, I am sweating from head to toe in fifteen minutes. We go thru creeks and then up hills and down hills and around sharp bends. My ankles kept getting cut open by throns, so I taped a towel around my ankles and then a garbage bag to protect my legs. The cuts hurt after riding all day and the trails seem like they don't want to let us off of them in the woods. Enjoy the ride I do. Paul
Zazdroszczę Ci tych podróży!!!
Pozdrawiam z Brukseli :)
Hi there- another great adventure and video - congratulations! Once a day you should ride through Norway up to Lofoten islands - great landscape and nature and people are very friendly there. Regards from southern Germany from Michael (still riding my 17 years old 1150 GS)
