Definitely reach out. They had a baby recently so some of their other team members may be taking on greater roles and they may not be aware of the issue. They could also have new team members and if we don’t tell them they may not know. It’s hard when you can’t quality check everything directly yourself.

Yes, you need to contact the shop/business about the problems with the stickers/items. You pay good money for the products and expect good quality. It seems like there is a quality control issue. Helen, I'm enjoying your videos; thanks for sharing! 😊

😅😅😅😅 I truly think you're making the right decisions. I think you should definitely let them know because maybe they don't know and it's simply the best thing that you can do. Also stickers are so very expensive when supporting small business shops which is the truth. So go for it!!! Oh my gosh and I love the music you added when sharing the pictures lolll

Yes definitely reach out to them. I purchased their advent calendar and it was missing one of the days. I reached out to them and they sent me the missing items no questions asked. They were also quick to respond as well.

Definitely tell them. I’m so happy I watched your video cus I have been wanting to buy stickers from them since they are from my city 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 and I love supporting my local small businesses. I would say just from looking at the prices of their stickers and their subscription prices. I definitely think you should reach out because this is your hard earned money that you are spending on their products and you would want the stickers to be properly cut because if it’s off cantered or if the cut marks are off then your spread is going to look off and that would bother me if I had that issue.

OMGosh I know the feeling! I usually put everything in the cart that I want and once I see the total one by one I will remove the items until I get to my target range. 😂😂😂
I would definitely contact them 100%. They may not be aware of it, not that it’s an excuse, they should be checking. But sometimes it can happen. If I owned a business I would want to know because I would want the opportunity to fix it, you know?
