Honestly I think GWAR is the pinnacle of entertainers with fake personas creating lore to justify why some sort of fantasy creature is being a minor celebrity. Their lore is both suprisingly deep and intricate yet so absolutely ridiculous that they can just improvise whatever the fuck they want and it'll just fit in.
