    Thank you for pointing that out
    Copy and Patent Rights are alien to many
    I wish I knew nothing about it as ignorance is bliss
    People making real profis out there are just copying other peoples Designs
    Hacking into other people and calling them their property
    For example if i should discover you like "christopher columbus" then you are my property
    The true designer does it for the sake of Art not profit
    It is really painful to find your work out there for free after you have laboured so much for it
    They hack into you and sometimes destroy your computer in the process
    They quickly sell in illegal markets for a certain period of time before uploading it for free
    They also get politically power uploading for free
    I know for sure that it is not theirs especially when they upload it for free
    The true proprietor always in pain a extremely polite however wishing they were dead
    Sincerely
    Ejike Ememe

    Anything that you can get from the internet that you can 3D print you can sell.. Once you buy or find a 3D file it becomes yours.

      @Nednal404 If you could download an object or an STL file for free... That means it's yours. However, if you're going to try to sell it.. You have to alter it in some way, Before you can say it is yours..

    Little suggestion on design. Products like the pencil holder can be printed faster if you alter corners to chamfers or even better would be fillets so long as the fillet runs vertically. The printer has to slow to a stop to change direction for a 90 degree turn.

    I feel like coin thing is illegal.

    • @milesmcwilliams
      @milesmcwilliams Місяць тому

      The coin thing would be illegal if you tried to use it as legal tender..
      But if an owner of a store tells you, That you can three d print coins for their machines... And you can make money from that because the store owner wanted you to do it.. Then you just made a profit. After you sell the coins , what they do with is none of your business.

    • @carfish
      @carfish Місяць тому

      These are shopping cart tokens. In many parts of the world, Europe in particular, a coin is used to unlock a cart for use while you shop. After paying for your groceries, you return the cart to the others and you insert the lock into the mechanism, which returns your coin to you. They’re used as a way to encourage bringing your cart back so they’re not stolen. So, even when using a real coin, it’s more of a deposit for the cart in use than a payment. These plastic coin shaped tokens (particularly ones you can attach to your keychain) are very common and widely used, especially as fewer and fewer people carry actual change. Nothing illegal about it.

      I printed some of those seed starters for my wife. They are good, but a lot of print time goes into them. The same designer has a new version out which is maybe not quite as nice, but it prints in much less time. Some of the features of the new version may also print better if your part cooling isn't quite up to snuff.
