And sometimes she surprises me by how much damage she fails to do. Her skill does 30k damage sometimes man and very rarely I see 200k+ ults with her. Every trace is maxed too... like wth.

@@arnowisp6244 def ignore. You can get up to 18% def ignore - which is almost an e1 Ruan Mei - just for reaching 250 BE, which is ridiculously easy with hmc e4 and 4pc watchmaker set

I'm really glad I pulled for Aventurine, his kit offers so much shield consistency and that bonus Effect RES provided by his shield is helpful. Does Aventurine's Effect RES scales with his shield?
I have stronger builds on both sparkle and Hook but I don't have Huohuo and that makes the difference here, her ult + turbulence makes Robin use her ult more often, resulting in this very impressive 3 cycles. Congrats!
Rn only HMC can make your characters do it. Just give her as much break effect, not crits need, use watchmaker 4 set. The super break applies when HMC Ult is active (the 3 yellow dots below her) and atk enemies that have their toughness broken.
3 cycles is still impressive tho , my Acheron's team (with Aventurine - Silverswolf - Pela) also takes 2-3 cycles in this Moc 12 E6 Hook is a solid fire DPS and honestly a bit underrated
I knew I wasn't going crazy when I saw my hook doing more damage than my seele sometimes.
The only problem is the burn consistency.

For the burn consistency you can use Guinaifen who adds burns + firekiss + uses all the DoTs for her burst

the effect res goes up when you level up his talent and it can go up to 50%

is s1 bettee for Robin in general apart from FuA? I'm thinking of pulling for Topaz s1 for FuA overall dmg but not sure if Robin S1 is better
Pull for S1 Topaz, Robin has very good options for LC, no need S1, the new free S5 4-star LC we get from the event in 2.2 is more than enough.
