I do as well. He gets to the essence of the liturgy of the word no matter what readings his sermon focuses on. Then, when I go to church and participate in the mass fully, his sermon is an echo.♥️
Thank you for sharing your rich and beautiful faith. It certainly brings me much closer to God. You lift up my heart when I hear your sermons. God bless you bishop as you have blessed me.
Lord JESUS I need your strength. I’m struggling providing for my children. I’m so discouraged. As a single mom Lord Jesus I’m overwhelmed. I have two beautiful boys both are special needs. I’m overwhelmed because they require so much from me. Every month is a struggle to not end up on the streets. Lord grant me strength to provide for my sons. With you by my side Lord I know all is possible.
Prayed that God will give you strength, patience and energy to raise your two children, and that your cup overflow with provision, that you may give good testimony to His grace, love and power. So be it! ✝️🛐🕊️📿
Such an important message about all things coming from God so we must put God first. The rest follows. We must not let our political ideology, work, favorite human, hobby etc. become an obsession but we must appreciate everything while still being detached from the worldly things. With a constant realisation that all things are thanks to God and we must not stress when we don't get something and mustn't be overly happy when we get something but be grateful for things we get and patient when we don't get things because in the end, nothing will matter except peace, God and self.
Bishop Barron, your love for God is clear and evident. This preaching reflects who you are: God's humble servant. You're serving God with the gift of your life so that others may open their eyes to receive Him and be the blessing to others we are meant to be: "Kadosh" to a hungry world. God bless you.
With my hearing impairment in both ears sermons and homilies are just noise. These blessed sermons by the astounding bishop make all of the Bible meaningful. Deo Gratias! Of course, this enhances the reception of Holy Eucharist, our God, which I receive daily most mornings.
I eagerly wait for Bishop Baron’s Sunday sermon and listen no matter where I am. His 15 minutes provide me with 7 days of spiritual stamina. God bless you Bishop.
*Bishop Barron:* All that exists reflects God, all that exists comes from God, and therefore bears the imprint of God's beauty and mind and perfection; therefore I can love the Lord my God in and through all things.
Pray for those ugly players who will continue to place a wall between you and your supervisor to become a higher leader and take the steps to connect and approachable ways. St. Joseph, pray for us. 🍂
Few years back I had a drastic come back to my catholic faith since then bishop Barron by his weekly sermons is helping me to understand God deeply and fell in love with Him and the catholic church. Thank you Bishop and God bless everybody. ✝️🙏❤️🇨🇦
This message truly is the heart of the spiritual life. God is God alone, ordering the highest good. Everything in existence is meant to be a means for more fully realizing God and the greatest good. Praise be God.
Thanks and God bless you Bishop Barron! This may sound silly but as you were describing God as love and you used one hand to illustrate the Father (lover) and then your other hand to illustrate the Son (beloved) and then you put them together to describe the Holy Spirit as the love shared between the two it made me think of prayer. When we put our hands together in prayer we are invoking, opening up ourselves to the Trinitarian love so that we can in turn love as He wants us to. Have a blessed day everyone loving Him and our neighbor!
Such a beautiful sermon. I love that you ended on such a high note. The ultimate high note. This sermon has given me so much to think and meditate about. I will come back to it again and again. Shalom.
@ Nice that you are reaching out, listening to you helps me get through the loss of my husband. I really appreciate, I have several of your books and DVD’s. Of course your bibles. Thank you Bishop Barron!

Beautiful sermon. Loving the journey with Bishop Baron, through Advent to meet Jesus at Christmas. Praying for Peace, that people come to know the saviour of the world. May everyone find their interior fortress.
Thank you Bishop Barron. Very in depth homily and I have a habit to listen to your homily before Sunday mass for deeper understanding every Word of God. God bless you! From Canada.
I do not typically share my thoughts online. However, this sermon really spoke to me. I constantly struggle with discerning between my state in life as a husband and father, and my prayer life. I constantly think to myself, that I want to make sure that I give enough time to God, and I think sometimes just like you described in this video, I need to pray more as if I am a monk in a monastery. It is never enough is what I will tell myself. But then it takes a family member, or a video such as this one, Bishop, to bring me back to a place where the Holy Spirit can open my eyes. As you described in your video, the time I spend with my family, and loving my family, is loving God. That is my prayer that I can offer up daily. Thank you, Bishop Baron, for allowing the Holy Spirit to work through you and spread the word of God throughout the world. God bless you.
God always shines the cabinet for the sacred bible to deal with His instructions for living a faithful life, including His commandments, and Jesus Christ's life, death, and resurrection with His excellent principles. Jesus, I trust in You!!! 🧣🧥🧤.

I grapple with grief. Have to remind myself that God created everything and everyone. That means, I think, that I am grieving God-created people and things and I need to replace that deep sadness with gratitude for God’s love and grace. It really is logical and you add Kierkegaard’s leap of faith.

I do love your putting the relationship with God under 'listening' as opposed to our eagle eye's pride of Seeing. Listening is more like being led through an unfamiliar territory. There is no I. It is all revelation from the not-I. Maybe that is why Christ is the Word. Listening is how we begin to apprehend him.
