It's crazy that this is the same band that wrote the songs like "Pray for Plagues" and "Braille (For Stevie Wonder's Eyes Only)." I love both their old and new stuff, from their first to newest album, but this band's evolution is one of the most drastic changes in any I've ever heard, in a good way too. That's my opinion, anyhow.
Taylor Bivens A couple more years and they'll be as soft as PVRIS. And after that, they'll tune it down even more to the PVRIS' Empty Room Sessions.

I like the experimentation they've done along their discography. I just hope this is as soft as they get. I've liked the new stuff but I'm hoping for a return to heavier music on their next release. I know they'll never match the heaviness of their first couple albums because of damage to the singer's vocal cords, but some songs like Alligator Blood would be nice, with the shout screamimg type vocals.

My friend ran into Curtis Ward a few weeks ago and they had a little chat about his past with the band and how he feels about their current fanbase. Apparently Curtis once saw a girl in a BMTH shirt and said "hey, nice shirt" to which she replied "oh, are you a fan too?".
