I physically cannot stand taking my medication for ADHD because it just makes me feel depressed and it makes my head all dizzy and nauseous also makes me not hungry so I don’t end up eating enough food, so I refuse to take it

I have ADHD and I love this and I literally don't like taking my ADHD medicine because sometimes it gives me headaches and it makes my body shake but I still push through and sometimes when I take it it doesn't work alot but there is still a little difference with my ADHD
