Brilliant to do the daily ritual. Honestly, my best travel spurts did involve the repetition of getting coffee at the same spot every morning or finding the just-right pastry shop to return to every day. I hadn’t really thought about that pattern before 🙏🏼

Thanks Samantha for this video! I found it very insightful and interesting. I appreciate your travel tips! I think we all forget that when we travel, we are supposed to disconnect and enjoy the location. We get so excited to finally be visiting the location of our dreams that we don't take the time to just stop and ...breathe. Thanks for the 25 + years of amazing travel content. Been a fan for many years! Thanks and Cheers!

Fun Fact: This was from our fourth season, aka "The Pandemic Year." I think public television would have been content with just cobbling together a generic "clip show" in order to create an episode for the season. Samantha had other ideas... and this unexpectedly turned out to be one of the best episodes - certainly the most unusual - we ever did. Enjoy, everyone.
