Did some calcs on Wind Set and for 3 Turn Tingyun in 2 Turn of DPS' moves it can shave 4-11 SPD needed depending on how high the SPD requirement is.

I love to run Tingyun with my Clara, Luocha, Topaz team. Clara (E3 and my best built unit) holds on to the buffs forever, and Tingyun's high speed means both Clara and Topaz can pretty reliably skill every turn. Its my favorite team to run.
just pulled my first eidolon for tingyun a few hours ago, must say the speed is a nice addition for my full battery kafka and forgot about penacony relic set, thanks for pointing that out Tingba, time to farm that set

I have been using the downtime between pulling new units to bring my supports up to speed (literally and figuratively lol). The most recent projects were Bronya and Pela and they are both chef's kiss amazing now. Your video reminded me that my Tingyun was kind of left behind, even though I use her all the time. Well I say left behind but she is at 2k attack, 153 speed and has 4 hacker and DDD. The problem is her HP, and I guess I could minmax her spd to 161 and atk to 2.5k. I have her E6 and I find it quite useful since many DPS will get their ult immediately before they even get a turn in MoC. I mainly run her with Seele, Clara or Himeko and at least Seele and Clara get their ults filled right off the bat. Truly a gigachad harmony unit, especially since Bronya and Pela are hard locked to my Jingliu now lol.
Same! Got her on standard and was only 4/10 on the mini pity. She's so good with Jingliu/huohuo/bronya. Can get so many ults since ting +jingliu err rop is enough to have or be close to ult, after rotation of (after entering trance) ult/ting ult/skill. Allowing you to get another ult before using huohuo ult to charge everyone.
Nice guide, and good timing. My Tingyun's been on a copied build since 1.0 and she dies even more easily than usual because I never even bothered to lvl the relics past 9. I was just getting around to starting on a full set for her.
I've started playing in SW banner, and I only recently gotten my first Tingyun (I know incredible right) I however did not build her since well I wasn't that familiar with her and thought I should get some more eidolons on her first. Thanks for explaining this, I know have realized that with an E2 kakfa not having Tingyun built seems like a bit of sacrilege. Imma build her asap. I've been using my E6 Tingyun, E5 Hanya, and E1 Huohuo with my E1 Argenti and it just is nuts. I use her signature being the Moon Carving LC which I find to make Argenti even better since it buffs energy regen rate by 6%, buffs attack by 10%, and buffs crit damage. Ofc one of these only for each turn in which they cannot be the same.
After I watched this guide, I just got lucky with my Penacony ERR rope, it got 9 SPD substats and now my Tingyun has 163 SPD. I can't go back using Broken Keel since it has no SPD substats lmao. And with this, my Tingyun can do 3 turn rotation now. Although I really missed Broken Keel's effect with non-Lightning DPS such as Seele, Jingliu, but her SPD and energy can make up for it.
My 1.0 Tingyun with 4 musks + fleet gives her 2k5 atk, 3k2 hp, and 1k3 def. I thought this build was decent already until you mentioned speed lol. Her spd is quite low, only 148, but I feel like it's really hard to get those spd stats, or maybe it's just my luck being terrible. Other than that, I have really good stats for survivability, I think.
Just gotta say, I think for now I’ve finished building my Tingyun, and Dance Dance Dance is LITERALLY BROKEN. It allows you to pass up all enemies and gain extra turns early. Ik everyone has said to but, I’d highly recommend it.
I like using vonwacq/penacony on tingyun even without cogs when i have a healer on s5 QPQ. The 16 energy it gives is the same as the energy cogs would give and in the first rotation it isnt even rng because of how she gets to use her ult before everyones first turn

I love tingyun, I have her as my sub dps (didn't intend to). All of my relic for her ends up giving her 140speed, 50/100 crit ratio. tho a lack of good lightcone make me use Ying Yuan cone instead.
when i run march with tingyun i just shield tingyun instead ngl, works quite well. on a side note, how would you go about running tingyun with a stupid fast dps like seele? since you said it yourself, speed tuning seele is an impossible nightmare…

Tingyuns survivability became a non-issue once I got Fu Xuan on my team, but before that I really felt that "Every enemies favorite foxian" xDD
