I really love and admired Arden’s story, I too have been into weight lifting since I was only 14 in junior high, however I still managed to get passing grades. My aunt had encouraged me to keep working hard since she had competited in the 1985 women’s weight lifting championship., Every month and certain 4 hrs a day for me was a struggle until I hit junior year. But now I’m focusing on still getting in shape.

And if you ACTUALLY would lift, you'd know that "bodybuilder" is completely different from "competing in weightlifting". Bodybuilders are the ones competing in having the most beautiful body. And you'd know there are definitely girls doing that. But speaking of lifting, female pro lifters of course can't lift even half of what male pro lifters manage. And men age 75 has a stronger hand grip than women in their 20s. Men have 40% more upper body strength. I could go on.
