they pretty frequently edit out certain items- if you watch some of the other videos things will appear on the table that weren't there before

I use reusable maxi pads because its far more sustainable. You can wash and reuse over over and save money and benefit the environment.
I prefer a period cup with thinx, but anything reusable is good
