You're absolutely right Brian. There are plenty of other casinos that will want your business and let you record. It's still insane to me of why a casino wouldn't allow recording of slot machines. It's like they believe that there is some magical way for you to hit a jackpot through the use of your phone. Blows my damn mind.

Donna Travis essentially it’s for privacy. For guests that don’t want to be caught at the casinos, cause there are some that that’s all they’ll do for days at a time. Just chill at a casino

The real reason a lot of casinos don't want you RECORDING while playing slots is because they are afraid you might be there to CHEAT... look up Russians Cheat at Casinos on UA-cam and what they were doing is that they were filming the way SLOTS operate and collecting information on the RNG! They would buy the same exact slot machine and they would copy every move to hit A LOT OF JACKPOTS depending on where the RNG landed!

The real reason why casinos don’t want you recording is due to that lovely statement on most machines “all machine malfunctions voids all pays”. Well if you record your winnings as you play I’m inclined to believe this video would/could be used to enforce payment; they would most likely have to pay you should your machine actually malfunctions during the middle of a big bonus payout or any other win.
Nah. Casino's don't have to cheat to make money. The reason those labels exists is because once in a bluemoon a chip will go bad on a machine and has the possibility of making it appear that the person has won some insanely stupid amount of money. The disclaimer is there to protect them from those sort of incidents.

ummm I am going to look this up but I'm pretty damn sure that SECURITY guard just violated your 4th Amendment right. He has no right to ask you for ID. He has a right to ask you to shut off the camera, but only a cop can demand ID. And even then, there has to be a crime. The only thing the guard can do is ask you to shut off the camera and ask you to leave. He has zero right to your ID. I don't know for sure what state you are in here. I can advise you to research the laws in your state on ID laws, the 4th Amendment and the 1st Amendment. The Supreme Court has ruled that basically anyone with a camera is press. A casino is private property so they can tell you to stop recording.
Being that one needs to be 21 to be in a casinah. I believe he can ask for it, i can refuse, but he can also refuse to allow me to cash intitos.
Again I say, they are shooting themselves in the foot on this no video policy. If your followers would stick to the places that allow videos maybe they'd ease up on that rule. It's dumb. As long as you keep it on the machine and not other players I don't see the problem.

Just does not make sense being an experience UA-camr & multiple banned offender why you don't ask permission like other UA-camrs. Then you make it like the casino is wrong when they have a policy and you already know that. Its entertaining to watch but it's your own fault.
Im a casino vlogger... i make videos about my experiences. If i were to ask for permission... the casino will want some sort of creative control in the content. At that point it just becomes and advertisement for the casino or slot company. Thats not ok. I will give credit to the good things about a casino and talk shit about their short comings. I feel this should be applauded and you the viewer should be very cautious of youtube channels with casino sponsors as their content may not be real and just an advertisement.

B: you give them free advertisement almost on a daily basis.
