    I have a philosophical question. I don't know if am wrong but I beleave that shaolin monks practice budism. Correct me if I am wrong about that. It that is so, as I know, budism teach you that you must remember that division is an illusion (or maybe that topic is more about induism). If shaolin monks must remember that, how does the practice of fighting fit if fighting is about one against other? Same about christianism, love, faith and sacriface.
    When or what is the difference between abandoning the attachment and abandoning "the fight" for anything? If you abandone the attachment, what is "fighting" about?
    I know my body is a piece of universe. So I use to pray "whatever happens, to happen for good, for life, for freedom" as an imperative, or self realisation. Whatever happens, life goes on, consciesness goes on. And I use to beleave that everything is about freedom, love and faith, so I am fine but sometimes doubts and confusion comes to my mind.
    I hope you understand the question. Thank you very much. Correct me if I am wrong about something I have said.

      That’s a very good question. You will easily find the answer when you look at China’s history. China was a very chaotic place and you would often get attacked by bandits. So whenever you traveled to one place to another you have assure yourself that you will be safe, so that’s why they do martial arts. Again there are 2 types of monks and the Shaolin temple. Warrior monk and regular monk. Regular monks are like what you expect them to be always meditating and eating vegetarian food and staying away from the outside world. The warrior monks are the ones who train all day long and are like the defenders of the temple. Shaolin temple was very open about its political issues back then and the temple got sacked and attacked very often. So that’s why they practice martial arts. Today it’s a form of honouring the past.

      Exercise 2 or 3 days a week. listen to yourself. feel the power. know your body,strenghten your legs and eat noodles

      First of all Create a Calorie Surplus by eating "Healthy Foods". The Calorie Surplus should be of around 300 calories. Have Gram Per Pound of Bodyweight, So if you weigh for example 100 pounds then eat 100 grams of protein everyday.
      Prioritize Strength Training but also do about 20 mins of Cardio. Strength Training Should be done 3-6 days a week. And Cardio should be around 20 mins to Gain Muscle. Also don't forget to Warm Up your Body Before Workout By doing Dynamic Stretching and Cooldown Your Body by Doing Static Stretching. I would say also Watch "Athlean-X" Videos for better tips about Training & Nutrition. Also the last thing to say is Don't forget about having a Good Diet, You Can't Out Train a Bad Diet. ☘️
