You know what's weird? 3.4 had a Create Pose button in the side panel, but it got removed for seemingly no reason. It's insanely annoying and I hope it makes a return
Yep, I would've mentioned it if it was still there. That's why I showed some other ways
sometimes things bug out. So I am guessing they encountountered a problem that was going to corrupt their entire program or something and werent able to fix it in time. I say this because, for example, fortnite has a lot of stuff in it and many times during a season, they remove certain items for their ground breaking bugs. So, they had to remove it. All, in all, I just hope that they bring back easier options in blender and it stays there.
I miss that button. A lot.
Weird move, because Blender has always been known for its super intuitive GUI that any newbie can just figure out on their own...
That's pretty good 1:44
5:31 This BUSSIN
Man, this videos are actually top tier, I've seen almost all of the subjects you mentioned but never glued them together, this is a cohesive and complete video, thank you as always!
How do you Use G in pose mode. i try pressing G in pose mode but it only rotates. I'm asking you because the owner probably won't answer
@@CatYah00 G is supposed to grab what you've selected
Literally went to a tech school for 2 years to learn how to make 3D models and animation, and I just learned more in 10 minutes than I did in that entire 2 years. Wow.
This video is so comprehensive, its like a survival guide for Blender animation. I've been animating in Blender for a few years now, but there are things in this video that just blew my mind. I actually feel like I leveled up my animation workflow skill tree just from watching this. Thank you for making this video, Joey.

i have no plan on ever doing "impatient animation" but i'm still watching beacause this person is just so entertaining :3 i love it
I've went through University and I'm still learning about 3D character animation everyday. Your rigging and animation videos are so clear, to the point and very helpful!

Another solid tutorial! I really appreciate how easy it is to understand, Blender has SO MANY features that make it so powerful but pretty overwhelming at first but these guides really help us get the hang of it!

Since I've found your channel, I've sped up my learning process amazingly fast. Of course I'm no professional by now, but being able to actualy do things in just 2 months of learning blender feels amazing.
This is such a great overview of a lot of things i am trying to learn right now, thank you. Practice is the key, no joke! Sigh.
I feel like Im learning at the pace you put out videos. NLA editor is completely outside my awareness, the animation modifiers sound great, wiggle bones and live recording sounds like the kind of gmod energy Im missing! All great stuff!
The NLA editor is very powerful, but I have to play with it more before making a video about it

This is genuinely the best animation guide for newcomers of Blender and 3D animation in general
I love this
Some really cool hot keys and shortcuts that I am now aware of, didn’t know you could drag video reference like that! I like how you laid out the different ways to approach animation, I’m going to have to watch this a couple times in the future, definitely a must watch
Everytime I see one of your videos, wether new or rewatching it, I get SO hyped to go back into blender.
This is not an exception, I have a lowpoly model I want to finish, making it from 0 with custom rig basic rig, but this will help me a lot for an advanced rig! Also need to figure out the animated textures and stuff.
hands down best anim tutorial, no stalling straight to the point
I’m getting my first computer in a few weeks and I’m really excited! I’ve been animating for a few years, but not enough to be a “good” animator, and it’s only 2D animation that I’ve done. I will definitely be revisiting this video for when I get the computer and can download Blender 😆 Thank you!!
How’s it going now?
Currently Learning Animation in Blender for a personal project i wanna complete in 2 weeks,
your videos have been really helpful.
Thank you Very Much.
Your point about learning from other types of videos is absolutely true. I’m only recently moving from 3DsMAX to Blender but even when I was using Max I was still referencing a lot of Blender videos and adapting them to Max
Dude! All these resources are great I'm sooo grateful to you, this is so excellent
I gave up 3D animation a long time ago due to how hard character animation is but, even though I stopped I still watch your character animation tutorials they are so simple and maybe I'll try going back again🥰
I plan to experiment with 3D animation in the near future, so this channel is gonna be a huuuge time saver for me!
always lovely to see when you upload!!! loved the video, really good advice for a beginner like me
Saved this video for future uses. So much going on yet all of them are very useful!
i had an INCREDIBLE amount of fun animating for the first time today
Can't thank you enough
I guess it's also worth mentioning the Cascadeur tool. It does absolutely fantastic things almost automatically.
Very well put together.
Thank you.
Really good blender refresher. Thank you.
This is comprehensive! Great job! A bunch of points I never knew.
thank you so much. i'm trying to learn to animate in blender after years of using maya, and the different interface was killing me. this explained basically all the commands that i had in maya (the pose library, motions trail etc) and that i just couldn't find in blender in less than 15 minutes. so i guess it's not only for impatient people but also for animators in crisis lol, good job!
Transformation point is life changing!
your character is so cool! i love the animations!
Really useful and concise thanks. I’m just starting to work out blender’s animation tools and these tips would’ve taken ages to find anywhere else!
That's some quality tips right there!
And omg the tutorial is well crafted I mean it must've taken quite some time to make.
I'm inspired 😁
whenever i watch these videos i always find the most life altering tip ever. i didn’t know the breakdown tool existed. i never even look at that side of the screen.
8:51 The animation with Egman was made in SFM and Jitter was precisely used, the function of which allows the model’s bones to twitch chaotically.
Infinitely helpful. Thank you!
Joey has once again, delivered the goods! 📦
Awesome tips, thanks for sharing.
Absolutely LOVING the content!!!!!!!!
Omg. This is amazing. I am shocked how useful this was! After so long….my search is over!!! 🎉😭
The timing of this video is amazing. Thx my guy
Wow, what a great turtorial! Did't expect that with this video name. ^^
Thanks so much man, you helped a lot! Cheers to you and to every developer who made us play with these programs and make gaming characters come to our own lives! :D
This is a treasure for someone who has no idea about animation! I'm coming from audio but wanted to get more into making anim and games so that helped me a lot
Thank you for this super educational video! I really appreciate it!
Thank you! This was very helpful!

I'm not really a newby in animation, but I learnt a lot of useful details here. Thank you !
It was the “busson” for me. Subscribed
Bro this is way more helpful than other vids i watched
Thanks for this really. I am beginner on blender and I want to use it to create movies but I didn't know where to begin. Thanks again!
Another free alternative to Miximos auto rig is Accurig and their is a free plug in tht converts the rig to Rigify and you can use rigify controls except for the face rig for now
very useful and entertaining video
First time seeing your channel, the video is really good, subscribing! 💪🏻
This is AMAZING. This is what I've found
thanks, I'm currently learning blender
Gotta love the Wilhelm scream..... man I am distracted from animating my own character XD
yo thank you for these tips
they were very helpfull❤
I like this.
Also if any one reading this who is an artist.
Sadly it's a trade off if the goal is to reach a point where your own work satisfied you. even with a rigged character it requires a little skill development just to have decent character acting, that's if the goal is that sense of satisfaction with your work....
The funny thing about shortcuts is they are more impactful if you KNOW what the long cut is all about. The worst thing is taking the short cut at the incorrect section of work flow.
1:26 saving this
This is great to learn about.
Working smarter not harder. 😊
just perfect 🤩
i am so impatient i have to comment before the video starts, but i know itll be great your channel has been teaching me a lot so thanks a bunch pal
edit: now that ive watched it i gotta say this one is wonderfully funny too these are such a joy to watch
This is so clutch. Thank you so much. Also auto rig pro is great for rigging fast. 🎉 😊
Incredible. Why doesn't this have millions of views
thanks!
