Here we go with a bunch more awesome details in WWE 2K24! To clarify this does include both new and old things... Obviously the newer stuff is cooler but theres a lot of existing details that deserve a mention too. Also this series hasn't replaced my regular #TYMNK series, as that will return next week. I've just enjoyed doing bigger more casual compilations, whereas the normal series will feature shorter episodes with more explaining. Enjoy! #TEAM101

If your character is facing away from the rope and is close to it, running into it will see them looking backward and leaning back instead. Was not in 2k23

I love when we see alternative endings in showcase of what could have been a different outcome. The way the game developers generate that for us is golden!

I might sound lame but I like that we got generic entrance videos so I don’t have to use one from a actual superstar if I want to make an accurate character

Been wanting this actually. Since create an arena has basic colors then create an entrance should have that too
So it took 3 games to finally get a decent RKBRO entrance and Riddle isn't even in the game now

I haven't played the 2K games since maybe 18? It's been a very long time, but its cool to see all the little details added back into the game. It's things that you may not care if they're there or not, but you appreciate that they went to the effort to include it.
Like with the chair tossing, for instance. In the past, maybe you get to throw a chair, but it's only to a standing opponent. But maybe they don't fall down from it? Maybe the impact only registers when they're facing you? Maybe you can only do it with a chair and not multiple weapons?
The fact that you can throw a chair or garbage can or whatever at an opponent, in any circumstance? Whether they're turned behind you, on the top rope frontways or backwards, and each has its own unique animation.
It's just tiny little details like that, that make the whole experience that much better. So I appreciate the amount of thought and care that went into making this game. It looks like it's the best in a very long time.

Seth’s trademark title swing that I just know was adopted from the warrior was actually apart of my 2k23 wishlist!
I love that you can throw weapons at your opponent at knock them off the turnbuckle. Very awesome feature 🔥

No reason to not have 98 kane.. from there community creations can make a perfect versions of his 99, 01 & 03 looks
With MyFaction Personas being a thing and useable across all modes I believe we will be getting a classic Kane eventually. Hopefully we get 2006-2007 Gregory Helms

Now all they need to add is Top Rope sigs/finishers off of ladders, elimination chamber, & maybe even the announce table. Also maybe its just me but I like the physics that make the characters bounce off things like irl, for example a powerbomb on the steel steps. Would complete the game tbh

There's a 2014 version of Lesnar, it's from the showcase match against Undertaker, it's confirmed. I don't know about the current version though, seems like it's been removed before the launch.

Did you know that you can have managers in one on one Extreme Rules matches. I know you can also in Ladder Matches too. Not sure about any other mode.
The rock still not having his tattoo after making multiple appearances this year is atrocious.
I believe it’s because of the same reason why Randy Orton’s tattoos werent allowed. It has to do with copyright with the tattoo artist
Not to mention he has yet to have an actual match with those tattoos.
Definitely gonna get patched unless it’s an artwork copyright issue…
@@gameave I’m sure. At the same time he’s had it for how many years now? 2k didn’t want to update it the last few games bc the last time he made appearances regularly he didnt have it. They couldve well made advances years ago at the artist.

Hilarious with the split of people saying its one of the best games and others saying 2k should never make a other game lol, i’ve played all the wrestling games and can say i wish for better features like the yukes/thq games but this is by far the best for actual wrestling gameplay.
They finally added the rk-bro entrance but Matt riddled is no longer there

I wish they update some animations every year. Been wanting a new stunner and rko animation. Also been wanting them to resize or re do some championship belts. Tag belts to small , hell mist old belts need to be re done

They really need to add more pin variations in.. So tiresome seeing that SPECIFIC leg hook pin...but nice to have at least another tired pin option.

Pins are varied by move, not all moves but a bunch of moves have specific pins attached to them

Hey, get this. There's unique entrance commentary for Yokozuna in Casket Matches, including how he was terrified at first. I bet this includes The Undertaker, Kane, & Shawn Michaels. I bet there's more unique commentary, in these special matches.
So the sideplates are available in 2k24 but only for the oldschool titles but for the new ones like de Undisputed title and the world title are not?
I discovered that if the weapon you are using it's about to break (before a 3rd shot) You can throw it and it lets keep using it

There is a problem. When you choose alternative attire. They come out in their default attire. It's annoying.

Found secret out but don't know if it's a glitch or not. Not only you can toggle between tag teams but u can also do it in tag matches with mangers also. But it dont work with one on one matches needs to be addressed to one on one matches

The blood doesn't drip on the matt for me idk if thats like a PS5 or PC feature but when my character bleeds the blood doesn't drip on the matt
What are you playing on? Because I’m on ps4 and I’m also getting no blood on the mat or chest, just the face
It doesnt happen as soon as someone is busted but repeated hits to a bleeding person will have it drip over the place

You can break the announce table without a finisher by performing a dive move from the top of the turnbuckle.

tired pin animation are the same as the one on wwe2k15,i know because i played that game a lot
just putting it here so people know its not new, they just removed it for no reason in other wwe games so people forget and think that this is new

Running with the ropes is not that easy this year, you have to run towards them and then return to oposite direction. Also, unlike 2k23, running slingshot moves just require attack buttons, not trigger ones.
You just have to hold the run button towards the ropes then just keep holding the run button after bouncing off the ropes

Honestly speaking I’m dissapointed in the WWE gaming community.. I’m not being negative but I want more it seems as if we’re behind in wrestling games. I’m starting to think 2k makes average wrestling games on purpose to up sells. This game should’ve been what WWE 2k3 is. This is nothing but a copy and paste game plus features.. that’s not what we deserve as a fan base.. and these UA-camrs are getting paid so I wouldn’t buy what they say and how they “view” the game they all sold out.
It's 2K....they do the same with their own original NBA 2k and that community eats up the abuse every year.
That's just gaming communities in general at this point.
So don't buy it. If enough people do the same, and you're in the majority, job done. Unfortunately for you, however, it's more popular than ever, so they're clearly doing SOMETHING right.
