I'm wanting to watch forsaken mercenary when it starts. Please excuse my typing. It's independence day, and my country home is shaking from all the "firecrackers" which means explosives.....This middle aged man won't be able to sleep for hours
Thank you so much, we just launched our next film project and would love to have you involved www.kickstarter.com/projects/wolf-pack/forsaken-mercenary-a-sci-fi-thriller-short-film
Wolf Pack Entertainment, Jonathan Yanez and Matthew Hall, thank you for this excellent pilot of a series I certainly would really appreciate seeing. The scenery, costumes and western feel remind me of Fire Fly - that’s true praise. Dead Water and the mix of humans, and others, and its possible story line are like a new take on West World - its first series is truly special. Once again, you have placed yourselves in exalted company. This is a breath of fresh air that, in your hands, I’m sure won’t descend into predictable recipe-tripe. Once again, Thank You!
Great pilot! I cannot wait to see what happens next. I watched it three times and am amazed at how well the storyline was written. Some of the characters even remind me of my own family.
REVIEW: Infinity System is a Sci-Fi Western written by Jonathan Yanez and Matthew Charles Hall and directed by Hall. It’s the pilot episode of what I hope will become a series soon, because once you watch it, you want to know what happens next! It opens on a crashed pod with a lone survivor (Christian Howard) who finds himself with the knowledge that he is stranded on a strange desert planet and little else-except his name: Wayne. After burying his dead copilot, he wanders the arid planet. The alien sky is filled with multiple suns and moons, and in one shot Hall cleverly sells the unique environment with an overhead shot showing two shadows stretching across the sand. Eventually, Wayne meets a stranger in the desolate landscape, a friendly, helpful older man named Jeb (Jack E. Curenton), who tells him he’s in the Infinity System and offers to take Wayne to town to see the doctor. Apparently, he’s crashed on a world that’s being terraformed, and they’re still in the early stages. The center of the operation is an old west-style town, complete with characters you’d find in a Clint Eastwood Spaghetti Western, including Jake (Torrey B. Lawrence), the town “protector” and Doc (Johanna Watts). As the story unfolds, we discover that there’s more going on than just a stranded traveler on an alien planet. Wayne has strange dreams. Jeb’s daughter (Nique Marina)--who is also the sheriff-stops by to let them know Jake isn’t taking their run-in the previous day well at all. The conflict escalates to a point that appears to be the end… but the Infinity System is indeed more than it appears to be. Infinity System is a well produced pilot with some stand-out performances by the cast, special effects that make you believe you’re on another planet. It is absolutely something you would-and should-find on TV or any of the streaming services. Producers Hall, Yanez and Yanez have crafted a captivating, genre-blending tale and deliver on exactly what a pilot should do: leave you wanting more! In some ways, it reminds me of the series The I-Land, but Yanez uses his sci-fi chops, honed over dozens of novels, to add another dimension that lays a big fat mystery at your feet in a world that-while in some ways is familiar-is also stacked with conflicts and questions that I’m dying to know the answers to. Looking forward to more from Wolf Pack Entertainment.
It's always great when an actor can give a performance that entertains and allows viewers to get lost in the story. Especially if they're reviewers! Thank you for your kind descriptive words. We hope to give you more tales soon. Best regards Jeb (JEC)
I definitely feel like the future of Sci-Fi is in productions like this. High quality, great ambience, and an intriguing story and characters. Great job.

Thank you, sir. We really wanted to do a feature-length film but if we tried to stretch the budget that far the quality would have suffered. We're working hard on bringing you more content like this.
Wow, this is actually... interesting. Like 99% of show pilots the dialog and deliveries feel off, but I'm going to put that more on the director than the actors (sorry!), that said I feel like this show has a solid foundation and would absolutely love to see it continue and evolve, I have no doubt it would be a great watch. Very intriguing; I would definitely love to see more of this production it already has me wondering what happens next. Extremely well done, all around ! 😊🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🖖✌️
Very interesting pilot episode, however, this isn't what I'm looking for. Well thought out and solid writing and acting. I want to see forsaken mercenary when it comes out!

For blurbs - at the very top put "If you're a FAN of 7 days and X-Files, you're gonna love this!" Also...if possible, please include subtitles file. I am deaf but autogenerated sometimes is "off" lol
Great start, folks! Looking forward to the next episode. Absolutely agree about subtitles. If you don't add them yourselves, we are left with the obligatory 'autogenerated' ones and they are slow and rubbish. You don't know who is saying what, and spend most of your time trying to make sense of the nonsense words that come up. Thus spoiling any enjoyment. :(
For the first 20 min I thought ”Another american thing where everything is resolved by rudeness and violence”. I almost closed the window. But then the plot twist happened and it got better. I would watch a second episode and see how it goes from there.
I give it 8 stars out of 10. I love the concept and the production. The only thing that bothered me was that little 125lb sheriff thought she could intimidate Wayne AFTER she knew he busted up several large, angry, mean men. This seems like a bow to "modern audiences", but really is not necessary. All good wishes.
The first 20mins in the movie and I was floating with it, I like how it goes. For a Western type, the characters to me are very beautiful and handsome The visuals and pictures are just so beautiful, I viewed your Kickstarter and hope you guys will manage to do it, the storyline, and the vibe of it are just well done May I ask what kind of camera and lenses you guys were using? I also noticed you guys were using 1.85 or 2.39 too I guess, to give us a great view of the landscapes, that's really brilliant! Bless you guys, keep doing the good work, I believe one day it will reach out to Hollywood, and I would die to be like you guys. The minus points to me is Everyone, they are too clean to me, everyone's clothes and hairstyles didn't do much of the details for a Western town, it needs a bit more dust, a few dirty clothes, on faces and hair would do. At the first 1 minute of the film, the main character did not show much of his feelings toward the dead co-pilot, he called for backup but didn't wait for someone to arrive and just leaves it to go somewhere. It's kinda tricky at this point That's all in my opinion, i would love to see one of your films again, and God bless you

It has potential. What has happened since the pilot's release? Anybody pick it up? I would watch, just to see where this is going. It seemed way too hokey with the stereotypical old, (as in abandoned ruins) Western town, until the end made it clear these were "tests" for potential astronauts of some sort.
Amazing that this was done without a studio! Hope to see more of this cool show!
