even though the color of the piece is very frightening, somehow, its so much fun to listen to it. I think if its fun and interesting to listen to contemporairy music, they did it right...
It is very annoying when modern music is posted without such vital info a the performer or the year of composition. The only recording I'm aware of is with the Arditti's complete quartets, but that is just my best guess. MUSIC? gets a like if he adds it to the notes.
That's the first time I've heard Scelsi referred to as derivative. I _have_ heard things referred to as derivative of Scelsi though. still, examples maybe would help.
This is sublime. A cosmic wild of pure resonance

Greetings from PoLand.
Now I see where Johny Greenwood got his inspiration for "There Will Be Blood" Soundtrack
it seems so long ago since i was listening to Scelsi & now this wonderful piece reminds me to revisit him
The world of Scelsi is very peculiar. Here, he uses slowly varying tones at each voice to make the music evolve.
How I love this piece!
Me too!!!
It's a good one.

17:13 is amazing! Level up!
yes.
VERY GOOD!
My best guess is that this is performed by the Ardittis but I would greatly appreciate it if someone could confirm that.
amazing
Sí! Música superior
E' di Franz Klein l'opera fotografata nel video? grazie
By Whom is that wonderful painting?
Should be Arditti String Quartet as there are no other ensembles that have recorded the cycle of 5 string quartets.
Hola. Por favor, quien interpreta? Que conjunto?
Who is the author of this painting?, thank you
What is this painting?
YES
Whose performance?

Five years mr. brickey, and we're still waiting. Perhaps you were joking?
@@commontater8630 he simply didn't know what he was talking about
I like the paintings but boy does that music suck.
This is as hideous as any other modernist composition.
