Congrats on the new stove! Just updated myself recently, and was only then that I realized how many handicaps I was dealing with trying to cook with all it's idiosyncrasies. Felt like gaining wings.

I think I've mixed it up but generally use the Zoom H5 onboard mics since I'm not too worried about those getting sprayed with food or whatever.
