There's also another addon named ragmod which allows you to ragdoll yourself on command.
You basically become a corpse but controllable and it has tons of settings!

The grabbing mechanics remind me of that goofy roblox game about the future of roblox (game existed on 2016-ish before the whole Rthro release) where youre basically a ragdoll and you can grab walls and stuff and even weapons, i had fun with the gladiator gamemode in that game.
