Idk about these cats specifically but limp whiskers and eroding whiskers mean bad water quality, probably the best thing to do would be to fix your water before it gets a secondary bacterial infection. Every day 30% until the barbel starts growing back. Add an airstone too.

My redtail had the same issue, lack of appetite. I would do a water change and make sure the water is at the same temperature, he should start to feel better after that.
I suggest blood worms or even get white frozen thawed fish shrimp and live worms. Have a hide out for him make sure your water temp etc is on point as well.
