Our pleasure!
Woww good video and i have suggestion for you the subtitles in each video can be given English because it is an international language so all countries can understand it
thank you👍👍🤟❣🎉🎉🇮🇩
Will try.
very helpful information to increase our knowledge about how the hydraulic system works and how it works when on a ship where this system can be used to drive various kinds of auxiliary machines such as tuning gear, morning wins, valves, cranes and many others
Glad it was helpful!
Thx a lot for these information, hope so there is a subtitle to make it clear and can be understanding.
Regard from Indonesian maritime student 👍🙏🏻
I will try my best
Dear Marine Online
Thankyou for this video verry well explained , and it helped me a lott for my exams ....

Dear Marine Online, Thank you so much for sharing the valuable information, We really got the information from here, May you add the power point like the information above and write the explanation more clear because we also listen your audio to improve our English and share it to students of Engineering. Our best regards from Indonesia. 👮♀️👮♂️
Yes, sure
This is a good channel about the maritime world. I hope this channel will continue to add knowledge about maritime affairs
Great to hear!
So what happens what you put two hydraulic pumps against each other inside a tungsten steel tube?
Good information
Thanks Vijay Kumar. Keeping liking, sharing of my video and don't forget to subscribe My channel.
I found this channel incredibly helpful and I would like you to make more.
Good job:)
The wonderful video helped me to reexamine the hydraulic system and it's also very interesting
Glad it helped!
Should i use hydtaulics for a robot or direct witg stepper motors for every limb?
One does not simply, just read out the presentation.
I wish I could "like" this 10 more times! Next video.
Wow this was very helpful and enlightening
There is some good info and some bad info. Flow does not determine speed. The truth is the opposite. Speed determines flow.
Newton did not include flow in his laws of motion. A piston will accelerate until the sum of forces acting on it is 0. Then the piston will not accelerate any more and will be a maximum speed. Mean while oil will flow from a high energy state to a low energy state to even out pressure. As the piston moves the pressure starts to drop and that is what cause the oil to flow to the lower pressure.
what may reason....to down boom ram cylendor down automatic,,relif volve or internal seal leaks..
?
I don't understand what you are trying to say.
It makes sense that speed determines flow just like how a bike's rim area/weight would determine the bike's acceleration up a hill.
It is people like you that screw up hydraulic designs. If the piston doesn't move then pressure is equalized and there is no flow. When the piston moves the oil flows to equalize pressure. Flow simply equalizes pressure or energy.
I am trying to understand " A piston will accelerate until the sum of forces acting on it is 0. Then the piston will not accelerate any more and will be a maximum speed" . When the sum of forces =0 the cylinder will stop isn't? After that what really displace the cylinder is the difference in pressure? But pressure is force / area, what is high energy state?
very clear
Learn a lot
3:12 is incorrect.
It's 10 kg over a large area that could support a larger mass (100 kg) over a smaller area.
This is used in hydraulic "jacks" or "lifts" for cars, in machine shops.
No - the 10 kg over the small area moves over a longer range for equalent volume.
Thanks🎉😊
thanks
Nice notes
Very good information
Thanks
25 seconds of marine online
Very nice information 👍
24 sec of intro?? really???
Interesting
🙏sir
Can you help me please .....
I only want hydraulic and pneumatic applications and processes in ships and submarines ......
The doctor ordered me to prepare a presentation on that topic ....
A large area of less force, creates a small area of "greater' (though equal) force.
Thank you sir
All the best
Nice video
Nice technology
Thank you.
Interested
Thanks.
Maximum advantage is ???????
Pretty long intro
There is a mistake... The revision of SI units was made in 1970's.
✊
"The International Organization for Standardization, ISO" .. ? reaLLY!?
- The three official languages of the ISO are English, French, and Russian.
- The name of the organization in French is Organisation internationale de normalisation...
...in Russian, Mezhdunarodnaya organizatsiya po standartizatsii
- ISO is *NOT* an acronym. ISO themselves explain the name...
"Because 'International Organization for Standardization' would have different acronyms in different languages (IOS in English, OIN in French), our founders decided to give it the short form ISO. ISO is derived from the Greek word isos (meaning "equal"). Whatever the country, whatever the language, the short form of our name is always ISO."
- During the founding meetings of the new organization, the Greek word explanation was not invoked, so this meaning may have been made public later, making it a backronym.

Sorry, but this video is out of date with modern hydraulic systems. You can learn a whole lot more just by trying to google the formula for Hydraulic power and using that information instead.
Hydraulic power = Volumetric Flow Rate * Pressure.
Volumetric Flow rate = Flow Velocity * Cross Sectional Vector area.
Cross Sectional Vector Area = Length * Width * Height OR (if it is cylindrical), Pi*Radius^2 * length.
Flow Velocity = Cross section of flow * Average Velocity.
Average Velocity = Displacement * change in time.
Displacement = Final position - initial position.
Change in time = distance traveled / time it took to get there.
_____
Pressure = Force / Area.
Force = Mass * Acceleration.
Acceleration = Final velocity - Starting Velocity / elapsed time.
Good video but in boring format
Ok next time
hello, we are afm hydraulic, we are manufacturing hydraulic cylinder, please contact us if you are interested in the products.
Dami changes
Hi
oh no no
oh no no
0/10
borinnng
boring
These videos are suppose to be boring
This is worse than James May explaining things.
Thats pretty bad
ok, so apparently you don't know how it works either. When it came to the point to explain how, or why 10 lbs can lift 100 lbs, you were out of answers, all you said was "the forces are proportional to the piston area" what does that mean? nothing, just jiberish, its a mystery to you as well. If you are going to make a video, do a better job. Thumbs down from me and unsubscribe.
