I want to like this setup, but unfortunately it doesn't have great workflow for high volume when compared with manual lever, and the reason for this is you have a cap you have to put on with your fingers, which is terrible from the standpoint of economics, and same with twisting on the portafilter. Both of these steps take time and damage wrists if you do it too much. Time saved operating the air compressor isn't much considering no auto shut off. I really want there to be an espresso machine that does what this does with better ergonomics and workflow, and being an off the shelf solution, but this just isn't there yet.

Sudah banyak konten video youtube yang melakukan modifikasi staresso sp 300+ dengan grouphead 58mm dg portafilter dan pompa electrik otomatis yang akan mati di settingan tertentu misal 9 atau 10bar.Dan saya akan melakukannya hal yang sama untuk berjualan kopi jalanan dengan alat espresso manual yaitu staresso sp 300+ yang saya modifikasi
