My ultimate summer fragrance is Gisada Ambassador, that mango note is amazing (relatively expensive but you make it up by not having to spray much). Otherwise you have the citrusy classics like CK One or L'Eau d'Issey

Starwalker is an amazing beach fragrance but the performance is one of the weakest ive ever seen. Barely 1h and skin scent. As an alternative i prefer Versace Eau Fraiche, better performance, cheap and the starfruit note is amazing
MB starwalker is one of my favorites! Maybe you're going nose blind? I usually spray it before bedtime and I can still smell it on me the next morning. Agreed it's not a beast mode frag, but it does have average performance. I also have Versace Man eau fraishe, it does project/last better by a couple of hours. If you don't have Versace por homme, get it it's another fresh banger. 👍

If you're blind buying very expensive fragrances, you either have the money to blow or aren't very bright. 😂 Decant vendors exist for a reason. Anyway... my favorite go-to cheapie brand for the spring/summer is Lacoste. Performance tends to lack, but it's hard to go wrong there.
Scents that are cheap in the U.S. (Dunhill Racing Green etc) are expensive in Europe. So where something is popular seems to hike up the price. That’s how these businesses make their money I suppose… Perry Ellis and quite a few American scents you can’t give away in Europe so at the end of the day… buy what you like and can afford… at the end of the day most if not all ‘designer’ scents are cheap to make and they are still going to make money regardless of how cheap you can get them. If a clone brand can make money from a £15.00 scent then so too can designers.
I wanted to chime in on “blind buying” as a wealthy person. I would often walk into nice boutiques and buy 4-6 bottles of fragrance. The average price of each of the bottles I would purchase often cost me about $200-$400 each. I use to do this when l was much younger and very arrogant. I use to believe that throwing money at the wall was all that I needed to buy quality. I only looked at price tags and didn’t care for smelling them at all. Often these kinds of stores wouldn’t even let you test them out because they have to keep the products sealed in order to sell. I wore fragrances I didn’t enjoy for years. I started wearing much more cheaper fragrances and spending a lot of time deep diving on perfumes and my life has improved significantly. Moral of the story, even if you have wealth, be an informed consumer and please don’t blind by anything if you can help it. I definitely wasted thousands.

Urban Hero has too much going on. Vetiver, leather and black pepper is too much. The regular Jimmy Choo is amazing Imo! Jimmy Choo Iceman is great for spring and summer a little goes a long way. Very strong sophisticated lemonade smell
Amazon charges too much for almost everything. Except Lattafa Fakhar Gold Extrait. That stuff is dirt cheap at $22. Perfect substitute for 1 Million Parfum.
Discounters shipping prices are so bad that shopping at Amazon usually ends up the same price or cheaper for me. Plus the Amazon prime shipping time kills decanters and discounters. Iv bought at least 10 fragrances off Amazon with the most expensive being Prada lhomme yet it was still cheaper on Amazon despite being discounted elsewhere

Prada lhomme smells like shaving cream and flowers. Super fresh. I personally don’t wear it often tho and wish I had the intense version
