Called left message
Also spoke to agent gave all the info and stk number of vehicle no call back
I have a 2017 3Lz Z06 manual full ppf x pipe and throttle body upgrade. With 6,000 miles . I have to say that the 17,18 and 19 models all are the desirable years
Mike and Robert Thanks for the great vlogs!! Octane hour is one my favorite vlogs!! Merry Christmas to you both 🌲👍🏽
I love the Corvette World walk throughs! I wish you'd travel to other vette dealers in TX and show their inventory....so interesting. This dealer just got 10,000+ views in 10 hours...amazing.
Im 44 years old and never desired or wanted a corvette. This year i borrowed a 2014 c7 stingray from a friend to escort my daughter for sr year homecoming. i kept the car for about 3 days. Ever since then I've been completely corvette crazy and i am looking forward to actually owning a c7 one day soon. I didn't know what i didn't know, i get it now☝️🦾😤🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
Edit: cause merica'!!!
I wanted a corvette since I first saw one at the age of nine, finally got one when i retired. I have 4 so far, a 1982, 2017, 2005 and now a 2016. Once you have a corvette you will always want one is a valid statement. To me the C3, 1967 - 1982 are the best looking followed by the C7 2014 - 2019. My current corvette is a 1LT convertible 7 speed. While the automatic is a fantastic vehicle the manual enhances the driving experience! You are very fortunate to have a friend loan you their car for 3 days!
@@NativeMainer53 yes my guy was very generous in letting me keep his car for such an extended period of time. I cared for and treated it with respect as if it were my own. Congratulations to you on retirement and building such an amazing collection of corvettes. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!!!
I can't wait for everything to finally happen in the next year and we go back to the Gold standard. The economy will once again be great and we'll see people return who we thought were dead. 🎉
I never miss a Corvette World episode, these are the best!
But they were so much better back in the older days than when they ruined it by trying to copy a super car , Vets do not even come close to a super car. They were nice cars back in the mid 1950's .
@@gregtowle8830 Move with the times or get lost in dust. GM moving the engine created there most desirable corvette ever. They were struggling with an old demographic, now almost everyone wants a C8. Nothing wrong with copying cars that were posters on our walls growing up, only here you get it for a 1/3 of the price...
Love the video. Big C6 fan (especially z06). I’d love to see you guys cover the c6 generation in a video and go through the different years models, options, special editions, etc.
Robert great meeting you today 3/5/2024 i drove up in a 2003 ford explorer lol I love that vehicle but yeah man I’ve falling in love with these corvette and amazingly I do have a 2015 M6 Dodge challenger hellcat and I also love that car as well. Call me crazy lol. But towards the end of this yr I will be seeing you again Sir have a great day
I've owned a Camaro SS, ATS-V, CT4-V Blackwing, and now a G80 M3. Everytime I knew so much more about the car I was buying than the dealer who sold it to me. If I lived in Texas and was looking for a Vette, Robert would be the only guy I'd want to deal with. It would be so refreshing to deal with a dealer who forgot more about Vette's in the last 5 mins that I've ever known in my lifetime. Digging this hour episode.
I traded in my 14 CTS V-Sport for a 16 Stingray. Super jealous of the ATS-V and Blackwing. Congratulations on living a life where you were able to acquire such things.
Come on my man, having a CTS V-sport and a C7, seems like we're on the same wave lenth. I really wanted a C7 when they came out but my wife demanded 4 seats lol. So I got the ATS-V. Problem is you gotta get back into the industry and get some movie roles, maybe a new manager and boom you'll be right back to your bank roll from the 80''s, lol. Sorry, had to with your name... @@SeanPennII
Most of your videos are in my back yard... Im in Plano, glad i came across your channel! Thanks for all the info!
You should come out to Corvettes and Coffee, first Saturday of every month at Corvette World at 9am.
Outstanding episode guys , thank you !
These corvette world shows are always amazing!!
Merry Christmas Mike and Robert.
IMO C7’s in manual will go up in price. All the C8’s come in auto. I understand it’s faster. But to be one with the car and in tune with the car is the feeling that auto drives will not understand.
Agree. I own a 2019 lt3 manual with mag ride. Excellent car to drive and enjoy every mile. Torch Red.
Bro I’m a true VETTE fan and I love all the contents you bring to your channel.
Merry Christmas mark and robert. I enjoyed the video.
Some Shadyside dealers doing 12% interest rates if you know your credit rating is good / perfect don't let anyone tell you differently
Thanks for updating us corvette owners on the current market conditions. If you own a certain car it’s always interesting to see what it looks like because some of us might be looking to get a C8 Z06 and when is a good time to do that. Robert is a very knowledgeable salesman and knows what he’s talking about and you two together cover about anything you need to know about these beautiful cars. Merry Christmas 🎄
Great job as always good luck to Rob on selling is car merry Christmas to all.
Bought a Corvette from them six months ago - they still could not provide me with a clean title for me to register on my name - zero sense of urgency
Just did a search of reviews of this place.
Seems many have had problems with these guys getting the DMV done.
Thank you for the wonderful information. I didn't realize how much I really enjoy. You know, looking at that vehicle any of them.
This is my first time actually watching a program. So I know in the future. I will also be coming back to check it out. But I i really would love to be able to buy the twenty twenty four all wheel drive because it all around seems more practical for everyday in all conditions.
_Great collection of Corvettes for sale. Here's the good stuff: the 2013 Callaway Corvette(less than 100 produced) is the deal of the millennium! Here's the not-so-good: 'The reason car prices are dropping because of politicians'? (Wait, what, the Dow Jones Industrial in the past month is the highest it's ever been). I think market adjustments on used cars, and not just Corvettes is something buyers love, and sellers, obviously not. During the pandemic car prices were the highest ever, then it's like 2008 when the market crashed. And yet Corvettes will always be an incredibly strong market contender, from original to resto-mod, the red bow-tie will always be a winner, especially at 'Corvette World'. One last comment, the 1992 C4 coupe is nice most certainly. I wonder though why you'd spend $2500 on the detail, all the while not replacing the slightly worn window tint...noticeable especially on the passenger side? As far as the ECM(ECU) being replaced on a 30,000-mile car, that's odd(and usually not expensive to find a remanufactured unit). Then again, I've been there as well on my former '92 Black Rose convertible. Honestly, the car won't bring more than 12k, and that's with the $7,500 in receipts you have on this black beauty. C4s are great cars and certainly don't get enough love. (The best of luck selling this well cared for '92)._
Thanks for the information guy's 🤠🤠🤠 I am a never viewer. God bless you and your friends.
Thanks for keeping it real! Before purchase is it ok to have an inspector check the vehicle in your shop (lift) & test drive?
Love your guys show
Prices are crazy there!
Those corvettes are very beautiful to be recording them on a 720p resolution camera.
Love you guys
Sorry guys but this is just the beginning of the normalizing of the C8 prices and the end of C8's artificially lifting C7 prices... NEW C8's are now discounted... I'll be buying a C7 in a year or so when they're down to current C5 pricing. You need to get aggressive in dumping inventory RIGHT NOW or your floor plan will eat you alive.
Bahahahahaaaa I'm cutting my ears off bc I've heard it all now. C8s and c5 prices. Holt f***ccckkk baaahaaahaaa what an absolutely idiotic comment.
@@VerttimeYou are right but he also has a point in that C7 prices will be dropping for some time still. There's so many around that they'll not be collector specials in the long run, not before many decades have passed. It's a numbers game with Corvettes - only the rare special models keep their value beyond normal depreciation.
Exactly. 2015-2016 C7s still selling for Mid $40s-$50sK??? 🤨 No thanks. I bought a 2015 C7 in 2019 for $37k. Dealers better wake up.
@@googlekeepsmemisinformed447They will wake up but only when they have to. The price level we got used to pre-'20 is probably not coming back. But current prices are still too high and slowly dealers will have to adjust pricing.
Everything is tanking like this economy... its over for some #cashwillcarry 😢
Yup, it's a cord. Pretty cool!
Awesomeness video
Do you foresee values of C5 Z06's coming down in price? Im in the market for a 2004 Z06 within the next year. Hoping they come back into the 20's again.
Lexus nice , lc500 is a jr. LFA
I may be late to game but why Robert selling the C4 he was so excited when he got it. Any issues??
"Politics caused the price of the c-8 to come down", like that's a bad thing.
No, politics killed the economy, and everything is in the wake, wrecking the lives of hard-working Americans. Get it right.
Don't have to replace the seats to fix the lumbars.
Yep
Nice C4, but priced too high.
I’m in the market for a C7 convertible but waiting for the price and interest correction.
Hopefully in the next 6 months or less
I have a 2016 C7 Z-51 that is modified with an aero kit cold induction, Z06 grill, inlets, etc., Midnight Grey! It is a wonderful machine and I enjoy driver it. I had a chance to drive a Z-51, C8 not long ago. The C8 is another step up in feel and performance. A great machine!
I’ve got a manual ‘17 ZO6 3LZ and wouldn’t trade it for any C8. In my humble opinion, Corvettes ought to have the engines in front and manual transmissions.
I am interested in a c7 I live in Harlingen and I would like to talk to you about one.
Prices seem high
I like that red car and I want one and that white one
What year was that C7 Z06 you mentioned at the beginning of the video that sold ?
I have a yellow 07 Z06 with 10318 miles all original with original tires
Thinking about selling it
trying to sell Corvettes on a daily basis sounds like a level of purgatory knowing corvette buyers
Is the Black Callaway Manual or Automatic?
Excactly. My Lexus GS F V8 has zero issues after 6 years.
FJB
C8 coupe black 💯
That black & Kalahari c7🔥🦅
Will Chevrolet make a ZR-1 in future ?
The C8s are garbage.that LC 500 may not beat a vette in a race, but its made very well,Chevrolet is leaps and bounds behind the quality of that automobile
Next to the C8 the C4 is the prettiest Corvette in there.
The brink/breach of your bank account 😂
They've got the CD in it
why is he trying to make a profit on the 1992 Corvette, it's his personal car?
It's mine, I'm selling it, not Corvette World, and I'm not making a profit. I'm in it for $23k and I'm selling at $19k. But I have to, due to personal problems outside of work in my life that have arisen, and I'm not going to broadcast that part to the world. I invested into my car to keep for the long haul, but life had other plans, so have to roll with the punches and recoup what I can.
@@enoswhitaker7967 True, but I don't make the call on bids here, but I do on my own car.
"This one's special ......"
wait another 6 months market is on the down flow.
It must be nice to have money
Baby the car on
Volume went out
Why are Corvette owners into stuff animals? I’ve never seen it on a Porsche at an Auto Show. Just wondering.
C8 keeps dealers in repairs in Business cant gets year hands in back.
You would be foolish to buy the z06 with 5 k for 143k when you can buy 2024 now for 10 k over MSRP now
You guys should listen to yourself. I heard you guys speaking of paying over MSRP. Can you guys guess who's causing the inflated prices?
I’ll be over in April to Buy a Car Drive it to East Coast back to California Ship it to New Zealand
What is mag ride?
Magnetic Ride is a GM offering typically an option. Enhances the car’s ride. I have it in my Vette and love it.
You may wish to google it for more in depth info.
Electronically adjustable shock absorbers. Electro-magnets alters the viscosity of shock oil which allows adjustment of shock stiffness on the fly. Allows you to have a track day setup and a cruising setup at a push of a button.
You could buy new one than c7. Over price.
Hello?
Red. You. Car.
Don't blame it on politics. Car prices have been so inflated, and customers have been on the bad side of this post pandemic supply shortage. Manufacturers have taken advantage of the situation, and it's over.
Robert may be a seven-year sales veteran here but appears to be a lifelong "Corvetter".
I would think that you would have the show room floor spotless, especially when shooting a video….just saying😀
We know, the whole floor needs to be redone, it's slated to happen next year. Mopping won't remove the stains.
Robert, needs to mellow out a little bit, and his voice is to loud! Just a very excitable guy, I get it 🙃😆
I’m just gonna buy a Ferrari
Plenty of time left to let the recession arrive and pass through,,,mUCH LOWER PRICES COMING....
Sounds to me. He has and X-wife. Needs money yet doesn’t tell us anything about why ???
It's a car nothing more. They are dropping in price because the demand is not there. Why? It's the economy stupid. Nice car and all of that but with enormous blind spots and they are just not worth it.
They are mass produced and will never hold value. That being said, you can get a great sports car with reliability for a fraction of what you pay for others.
You're trying to rip our heads off and s*** down our necks with those prices 2017 2LT that's the MSRP in 2017 so 5 years and 20 something miles later you're still trying to sell it for MSRP that'll sit there for a while
It amazes me how many women own corvettes. All the cars here are automatic. Any self respecting man would choose a manual transmission for a sports car
( I have exclude the C8 of course because Chevy F’ed everyone there)
The camera goof should stop interrupting the salesperson.
The one in houston is lowkey prejudice
He lost me with the politics comment!
I’m sorry but the video bad quality
We broadcast in HD, you need to go to the video settings on your side of UA-cam and turn up the quality level.
You're all full of s*** jacking up prices shame on you shame on Chevy
What a toilet are you kidding me Mike and Robert the market is not that profitable
I’m now 72 and hate driving in traffic i had a 62 corvette and a 67 corvette but I wouldn’t want to drive them in todays traffic but that’s for another day, if I were GM I’d bring back the c1 corvette with all of today’s modern equipment, I can’t stand the new style of let’s be a euro copy of a Ferrari or Lamborghini and those cars suck
I get it, everyone has their generation with regard to the looks.
@@corvetteworldrob8586 It's actually the best riding vette ever, I just love it!
For me the real tragedy is they've not really been able to combine good looks outside and inside since C2 generation. I'll admit pre-facelift C4 was close but after that they've not succeeded in the interior and now with C8 they finally have - but the rear portion of the car looks like it was designed by a nine-year-old. Even so it's great that the Corvette saga continues as performance offerings from most manufacturers are becoming very rare in recent years.

they ruined corvets by trying to imatate a real super car, A vet cannot come 1/10 th of what a super car is, They should have kept the vet like they were in the 1950s ,
