К тому же у меня нет её сигнатурного меча.
Да и в принципе, Аяка, Ганью, Фурина и Цапля итак прекрасно справляются с закрытием на 36*.
Мне вроде как и не нужна Шень Хэ 😀

I have a question, because I don't have Nilou and I get confused by this. It seems like her ring indicated when you can create bountiful cores, but then it disappears and you can still create those bountiful cores. Is this actually intended in her kit or is it a visual bug?

Yes. Even if her hydro ring dissappear, you still have some time to create super bloom. It indicates when there's a hydro sparks around your team
