Youngdo Gas Cylinder Valves - Automated Manufacturing Process

This is a highly automated factory with ISO9001:2000 certification approved by UL. The process is automated from forging, machining, cleaning, assembly, testing to final inspection. Besides high volume capability, they also maintain ISO/TS 16949 quality management system to meet high safety requirement from worldwide customers. Last year they had completed their 2nd plant making valves for Semicon, TFT-LCD and Photovoltaic industries.
