It looks so effortless, that you'd almost think it does not take energy - yet this shows it is also a high intensity cardio workout! Making a dynamic dance (and other movement arts) look fluent and amazing, indeed - making it look effortless - paradoxically takes lots of effort and dedication in many senses. I still remember my Tae kwon do teacher, if you don't feel pretty exhausted after a routine (a stylized fighting form without an adversary), you did something wrong!
