Paddy, much love for your efforts... But Andy works for Williamson... Brutal spot to put him in, even if Williamson isn't the type to fire him, super uncomfortable conversation... The rest was top notch, especially the tactics chat. I liked him raising the managers mindset of "of course a change could improve things, but why would you risk it where you are now?" I think too many fans think Parky has some religious objection to a back four, and I think Andy gave the good sense of how much managers value continuity (including in the discussion about player rotation).
