Ishqiya | The Story Of Love, Trust & Betrayal
Not everyone gets to live with the person they love. Most people end up marrying someone else or no one at all, for that matter. However, only a few succeed to start living with their loved ones. Ishqiya is the story of two people madly in love with each other, but could not end up together.
Ramsha Khan as Hamna is a soft-hearted and loving girl who sacrifices her love to uphold her father’s will.
Hania Amir as Roomi is Hamna’s younger sister. She is a simple and straight forward girl who enjoys life to the fullest.
Feroz Khan as Hamza is a very sensitive young man who very passionately loves Hamna but destiny comes to play.
Hamna and Hamza are college friends, deeply and madly in love with each other. Hamna is waiting for the right time to disclose this news to her family, while her father (Siddiqui Sahib) is looking for a good match for her elsewhere. One of his close friends, Kashif gives Hamna’s proposal for his son Azeem. Upon her ailing father’s request, Hamna had to sacrifice her love and marries Azeem. Now Hamza feels betrayed and eager to take revenge.
Hamna and Hamza ‘s love story comes to an end, as she obeys her father’s wish and marries someone else.
Gohar Rasheed as Azeem is a simple and devoted husband. Supports his wife after coming to know her past as well.

Azeem and Hamna start a new life and despite constant blackmailing from Hamza.
Roomi is very happy to marry Hamza. She is not aware that she is being victimized for her sister’s revenge.
Shabbir Jan as Mr. Siddiqui and Kanza Malik as Mrs. Siddiqui are the parents of Hamna and Roomi.
Khalid Anum as Khalid and Seemi Pasha as Saman are the parents of Hamza. They are ready to do anything for their only son’s happiness.
Zahid Qureshi as Kashif and Nabeela Haq as Mrs. Kashif are the parents of Azeem.
Kashif is an old friend of Hamna’s father due to which they win Hamna’s hand for their son Azeem.

hamza literally begged everyone not to tell rumi about the fight and ended his war. but why this happened? he was really in love with romaisa. He apologized to hamna and azeem for the past. he begged rumi to be with him. as a arrogant and egoistic boy... it was never expected from him. but he did this because he was in genuinely in love with rumi...... i feel heartbroken and disappointed at the ending. i want a season 2 ith same cast and a happy ending

Season 2 should start like this.....
5 years after the end of last season. Rumi is established in her career, she's happy and content. Hamza has worked through his issues, built a healthy relation with his family, works hard in his company. He still loves Rumi with all his heart.... Visits her school sometimes but watches her from a distance... Never goes too near as he wants to see her happy. Hamna and her Husband and child have moved abroad. Rumi's mother falls ill... And Hamza's family wants to help her out so they visit her.... Hamza and Rumi meet.... Then their story continues.... Working through issues, falling in love again, Rumi forgiving him finally and they grow in love together. ❤️❤️

I can't... This couple deserved better. Where did Hamna suffer in all this mess? She moved on with her life, while it was only Hamza who went through so much more than his mistakes weighed. And then there was Rumi who had to lose everything for being the happy and kind person that she was. I understand that Hamza committed greater sin, but there should always but a person should always be given a second chance if you see the potential in them, that they can improve and get on a better track. And Hamza did his best to become a good person for Eumi's sake.
I don't care what people say, but if you can't forgive, you don't love them enough. And Hamza was punished just like that. Such a discouraging end to such a hopeful serial.
One of the worst endings to any drama out there.

I wish this was the last scene of the drama so that rumi and hamza won't have been separated , they looked good together ,the ending could be better if Rumi forgave hamza
I don't know why all characters are having "ego" between their relations...because of that we couldn't enjoy or travel with serial which is beautiful narrate by the writer...
Directors should keep in mind all Pakistani dramas watch all over the world...if keep on show the minus quality of characters like immediate reaction, without second thought taking decision, not trust with spouse or parents.... it may affect the drama...and get mental stress who all watching continuously...please try to avoid to show more negativity...bring positive thinking.. 😊
