I think its possible to make honey cotton candy... Honey can be diluted in water, try mixing it with something else that makes cotton candy well (e.g. original cotton candy sugar, cane sugar or demorara sugar).. I think mixing the 2 will change the texture and consistency of the honey and maybe boiling or freeze drying the water off you could make cotton candy with it

a tip for making cotton candy with honey grab a card board box and something that spins fast and pour honey on it (not the cardboard box i have to say this because my ocd)
They could only use soda made with cane sugar, so Mexican coke, throwback mtn dew and Dr Pepper, and probably more boutique sodas. Corn syrup won’t crystallize so any soda with corn syrup won’t work.
