Hauntzer may be cocky (or seemingly); to the people complaining that he has no right to be since he didn't crush lane, you obviously aren't a top lane main. You're correct in saying he didn't crush or do anything outstanding in lane but his team fighting and doing the general job of a toplaner is fantastic. He's always relevant in the map by matching or applying pressure, he's always zoning, peeling, ccing while simultaneously dishing out damage in team fights and he's always fast to react to tp calls and calls in general. These factors are more important than getting ahead in lane especially in a team fight orientated meta; he's playing for the team and not for himself. Furthermore, like the team said, he's not getting as much resources this split as he did last so if he was going to try and force the solo-kills constantly (to shine) he is vulnerable to be punished hard for it and therefore rendering that style un-optimal.

Not liking how very cocky Hauntzer is getting right now. Granted they just did win the finals solidifying their spot as best team in NA but Hauntzer is letting the win get to him too much.
He himself did not have any stand out moments (besides that one flash stun onto POB in game 2) or clutch play that did something to merit a "i am the best top laner in NA right now" each one of the others during the series made some move that made an impact on the game. Svenskeren with a clutch gragas flash bodyslam into 3 of them, Bjerg with the sneaky shockwave catching out the jinx, double lift with the team fighting mechanics and proper positioning with xayah feathers to set up good solid ganks to get 2 or more members, and of course biofrost with the rakan engages in game 4 to save the game. The only real time Hauntzer was talked about during the series as an individual player were when he was perfectly dived in game 2 and when he went for the kill instead of an easy secure onto the baron with the chogath feast. Now again its good to celebrate or be happy that you won but he shouldnt be that over confident.
In all fairness, hauntzer is only hyping up how well he did by beating them in finals because of rude tweets saying he couldn't match up to the skill level of either Ssumday or Flame, the Korean top laners of DIG and IMT. I think he's allowed to showboat after proving that having a Korean top laner doesn't make you a god in NA, like how comments were suggesting in Twitter.
Thats all well and good and he should be proud that he did what he did, however if you look at his body language during the post game interview live and how he talks or when he is just sitting there during the conference you can see quite a bit of arrogance showing that none of the others showed that he himself previously hasnt showed. Im just concerned about him going forward with that attitude. The only playoffs i didnt watch was LMS (cause no english broadcast now that captain flowers isnt doing it) but each of the other regions world's qualifying top laners have done plays in their final games or the semi final (if they lost in the final) have looked exceptional. I will prob be watching TSM vs DIG again to make sure but i dont remember Hauntzer having any reason to be this overconfident at this stage.

Double lift giving wise Marital advice regarding your Duo Lane Partner lol.... I think it was good for TSM to nurture Biofrost rather than grab a really strong support from somewhere else because they were able to drill teamplay/work into Bio instead of having a cockiness that "I make big plays as a support". You can genuinely tell D-Lift and Bio are friends which is nice because it allows them to be critical of each other. Also I noticed how TSM is critical of each other but keeps those criticism's "in house" and never says anything negative about their teammates ever.

Raymond Lin Every other UA-cam channel that does these kinds of coverages, will spoiler out the name of the winner, and show nothing of who won before opening the video. And consider that NALCS finals are held late on a Sunday, which means a lot of people can't expect to see a potential 5 games of 40 minutes + long breaks between, because we have work Monday morning.

Double lift giving wise Marital advice regarding your Duo Lane Partner lol.... I think it was good for TSM to nurture Biofrost rather than grab a really strong support from somewhere else because they were able to drill teamplay/work into Bio instead of having a cockiness that "I make big plays as a support". You can genuinely tell D-Lift and Bio are friends which is nice because it allows them to be critical of each other. Also I noticed how TSM is critical of each other but keeps those criticism's "in house" and never says anything negative about their teammates ever.
