This may already have been mentioned in comment, but for Change the Order I highly recommend flashcards, either of the classic paper study/index variety or an app. One flaw with rote memorization of lists of words in books is that the learners will memorize the order or sequence of words rather than the words themselves individually. When they look at word number 1, after repeated practice their mind is already "loading" words 2, 3, 4, and so on. In say a 10-word list, a quick shuffle of 20 word cards and you can start with say word number 17, and 2 may not come up until 15th in the order or later. You can change the order every time this way, and never practice them in the same order twice, assuring that you're memorizing the words individually and not just a sequence of words.
Great video Minji! I like to use online flash cards to help me memorize vocabulary (I use quizlet). Main thing i do to memorize easily is connecting those words to some stuff or some words even though they arent even much related. But sometimes some words just goes in my head pretty easily. And also, when memorizing korean songs like kpop songs, and knowing their meaning in english, and when the time comes that i encounter some of those words, i would NEVER forget them. I am using this app Dialogo Korean. it also has a lot of tips like what you are saying or very similar...i need to practice this now every day ☺
Thank you! These are great!
this is very helpful, i'm learning korean.. kamsa unnie minjiyaah :)
Its just not gonna be taken away from my brain anymore. (But sadly im too lazy to learn their english meanings qwq)
Thanks for the advise maam.
Thank you so much I needed this .
I remember Ppalli (Hurry) as if you say Paris in french! It does not sound excactly the same but it helps me remind it 😄
