omg thank you I was so confused on how to put the clip into the hair! I was putting it in hole where the heating rod goes into the curler lmao no wonder it didnt stay !!
About to try this but I had assumed that you were going to curl under on all the hair around the face 0-0. But I have thin/fine hair so it may be just what I need 😂. Your hair looks beautiful with some curl!
If I may ask-how come you rolled the ends flipped up rather than under? Thought under was s more vintage vibe but i get there were diff setting patterns. Is this just what suits you? Hav u tried rolling all under?
I have them at home, they are the Conair Instant Heat Hairsetter model #CHV21. They were made in 2000, but you might find them used online on eBay, or Amazon.
Elli West They don’t cause 1/10th the damage like a flat iron. Hot curlers can even smooth out the hair if you know what you’re doing. Use heat protectant or a good leave-in conditioner just to ensure hair health. I personally think that the flat iron is one of the worst things that happened to the hair industry. I’ve seen them cause so much damage to people’s hair.
@@Blondie727 Same with repeated round brushing.... I'd take hot rollers or good old roller sets under a dryer any day! My texture hates dryers and flat irons and immediately becomes static, despite professional product usage.
This brand has ceramic rollers that give the right amount of heat to prevent styling damage and frizz. Also helps if you use a heat protectant spray/serum before you style.
The brand shouldn’t make a difference. What makes a difference is the way in which you roll in the hot rollers. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching. 🙃
I love my Conair hot rollers. I have had them for 23 years with zero issues!
I really enjoy the simplicity and clearness of this video, as well as its production quality! Thanks for sharing it. c:

Ah fab! I have these rollers I just got off line. Does anyone know the date they were released?
Sometime in the 1980's. Used to put this exact set in our hair for dance recitals. 😂
@@ARasputinaFan thank you! I actually found it written on the bottom of mine, 1967 they must have made them for a while
Wow! You hair looks amazing! 👌😍

Elli West they use heat so yes they are. Make sure you use some kind of heat protectant

Yay! So glad my video was helpful. Thanks for watching.
How often can you use these without damage?
Like everyday they are super safe and when combined with a heat repellent! My hair feels soft and smooth and I use them almost everyday

This set is on Temu right now and it’s sent from the Walmart warehouse
Your hair is stunning!
Thank you! 🙃
What is the name of your roller set? I’m looking on Amazon but like to watch these videos of what works
Hi, it’s an older model of Conair hot rollers.
Could you keep hot rollers in over night??
That would be very uncomfortable. They are plastic. I personally wouldn’t wear them over night. 🙂
@@Anahisbeautylife okie thank you :)❤️
How long does the curls last?
Depends on your hair. Thick coarse hair like mine will hold mostly all day.
Hello did you heat the rollers first? I’m really confused cause we have the same brand of rollers but I don’t know how to use it 😅
Yes, you need to heat the rollers first. 🙃
Anahí’s Beauty Life thank you!!
Your hair is too cute
You are so beautiful
blessed mama v Thank you doll. You are a beautiful woman yourself. 🙂
blessed mama v hi
Did you put water on the steamer ?
Hi, these hot rollers do not need water.
How long are they supposed to be hot for v
I preheat them for about 15-20 minutes.
Where can I find these ??
Hi, you can find them at Target, Amazon and I’ve also seen them at Walgreens.
Does it damage hair
All hot tools damage hair but these not so much because of the material that it’s made of and the heat that it emits.
Can i use it with my hair wet
Hi, if you use it on wet hair it will not work.
I love your hair 😍
Thank you!
The rollers are actually hot ? Doesn’t it burn your hand when you touch it ?!
There a place to hold.....it won't burnt...
Hi, the rollers are hot but won’t burn especially if you hold them from the plastic edge. 🙂
Do most hot rollers give this classic look? I’m considering buying some hot rollers but does anyone know if the brand makes a difference?
The brand shouldn’t make a difference. What makes a difference is the way in which you roll in the hot rollers. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching. 🙃
Anahí’s Beauty Life Thank you sm! :)
