You will have to buy savewizard for the activation key. The free download for savewizard, is for you to input that activation key so you can use savewizard for the cheats.

Lets try a couple of things. First check and see if your computer is updated. Second, check and see which save wizard you have, Save Wizard for PS4 MAX or Save Wizard for PS4. And as for the website, when I started using savewizard, savewizard.com never showed the game list either so I went to savewizard.net for the gamelist. They both have the same list.

I thought you had to register your profile or something on a save before you could add mods to it? That's the only part that's confusing me.
Yeah just Right click your save on the program and you can register , basically you just type your psn name.

WRITER Boy Xploder has less games and cheaper than savewizard. But in my opinion savewizard is expensive but, I would recommend savewizard.

If I'm not mistaken, you have to go to settings in under profile manager on savewizard and register your profile. If that doesn't work let me know.
