Now I see and understand how Izzy Adesanya became the great fighter that he is today.
He knew he won. His opponent knew Izzy won. Everyone knew Izzy won!But Izzy never dwelled on it. Izzy was robbed but he simply congratulated the impostor-winner and moved on to kick more arses.
He simply forgot about it. He never complained or whined about it. Unlike that that block head, Marvin Vettori.

I swear a lot of people on here are watching the fight and only seeing what israel does. Kickboxing is scored slightly different than MMA to.. he is landing a lot but Marcus's shots were more impactful and he applied the pressure for the most part. To me it wasn't a robbery it was a competitive fight and I gave Marcus the deciding round

Simon Marcus constantly gets help from judges and refs, his fights with Pereira the ref was allowing Marcus to clinch for his life and slow the pace down so much, but only ever scolded Alex

For some people the transition from Muay Thai to kick boxing with knees is a game changer. Simon Marcus is half the fighter in glory and k1 rules. Still very good though.
No excuses adesanya transitioned to mma too that is the hardest transition. Israel won but got robbed.... 3x in his kickboxing career. Pereira 1, Simon Marcus and Jason wilnis
